Description
Park Eunmi was born with a heart condition. For the majority of her life, she had stayed hidden under the protection of her over protective father – a well known musician, nationally known for his outstanding compositions.
Such genes were passed down to his one and only beloved daughter, a piano prodigy. Unfortunately, her talent remains locked away from the rest of the world.
Eunmi lives in a small, remote town by the coast. Her two story house located at the far end of the town, on top of a small hill. Here, the air is clean and fresh, ideal for her weak body.
Most of the time, she confines herself in her own home. And other than the few doctors, nurses and homeschooling teachers she knew, she had only a small handful of acquaintances she knew of. No one to call a friend.
That was until Baekhyun comes along, casually stepping into her bubbled up, little world.
He who was the complete opposite of her.
He who knew of no barriers and restrictions.
The free spirited teen who was filled with curiosity and ambition. A tease filled with playfulness, but deep down, a sweet young man who holds a big dream.
He who came and brightened up her world with that cheeky yet strangely warming smile of his.
He who became her first true friend

Foreword
Baekhyun oppa. Oppa, if it weren't for you, I think I would have missed out on so much more than I could imagine. The countless experience in the outside world I have gained from being with you is something I could never be able to repay. And your admirable positivity that had brought me so much joy. This is going to sound cheesy but I'm going to say it anyway. You came to me like a dream (cringy right? I know. My hands are curling inwards as well, if that makes you feel any better) One of the greatest things that had ever happened to me. You have no idea how thankful I am to have met you. You taught me how to live life to the fullest, with no regrets. And I did. But there was one thing that I had been weighing down my heart everytime I saw you. Oppa, if you found out that I kept this from you this whole time, will you be mad at me?

A/N: Wow it sure feels so long since I've been writing! Haha! And now I'm back with a Baekhyun fic! Honestly when this idea first popped up in my head, Baek just happened to be the first person I thought of that would fit the role and even the beginning image of story just seemed to go perfectly well with him.
I know the heart condition concept usually means it'll be a really sad story but I'm actually hoping to not make this too angsty.
Not sure how that would work out so I guess we'll just have to see how it goes.
Oh and that last image was just an alternative poster I had made for this fic, thought I shouldn't waste it and just throw it in somewhere haha
