Life is tough on an island cut off from the rest of the world.
When the number of people you know only amount to fourteen in total, how difficult is it to leave them and start a new life for yourself with two others out of the fourteen? Not many people will know what it will be like, and not many will be willing to even try.
But Yixing, Kris and Luhan do. And this is the story of the three wanderers who left their lives with no inkling of their future.

One word: peculiar. When you often find stories running on the modern era, you'll be amused with how candiedwebs and insertnamehere1 peeled The Wanderers' layers off by placing the plot on a deserted island with nothing but fifteen people, scarce food and no knowledge about what's across the sea. The story marks itself as another tale that involves inseparable friendship of these three juxtaposing men; revolving around their tight bonds and love and care, not to forget the inescapable betrayals, regrets, and self-incrimination.
(+): It's krislayhan, do I need to say more? Language is easy to comprehend. Storyline is plotted thoroughly. You will be able to see and feel the adventures on their shoes, there's no difficulty in imagining the scenes either. They provided you a bonus scene, changing the point of view to the first person-pronoun, and that's all you need to feel what the characters felt in regard to the conflict that had ascended. I can guarantee that the ending, supported with the epilogue, will satisfy you because it did satisfy me. The story won first place on the writing contest, too.
(-): Nothing in particular, really. Not suitable for you who seek for romance because The Wanderers is mainly underlining the true meaning of friendship. Definitely worth the read!
