Key POV:

When I arrived home, I said hello to my mother and walked to my room. I sat on my bed and thought of the day’s events. Taemin was really crushing on Minho hard and I couldn’t shake the feeling that he liked him too. I guess it was alright…but sometimes it makes me uneasy. Like they might face an unimaginable hardship in the months to come, but I can’t decipher it. And then there’s Kevin….I don’t know what to do about him. He won’t listen to reason. I picked up my phone at that moment and texted Kevin.

KittyKey: Hey Kev… I’m sorry about today... can we talk?  I hit the send button not knowing if Kevin would talk to me after what happened.  I was surprised to get a text back so fast.

Kevin:….. It’s okay. Maybe I over reacted. I’m sorry to Key.

KittyKey: a little? Lol

Kevin: don’t push it….

KittyKey: I’m sorry…its just I want to protect you. Next to Taemin you’re my best friend! I would hate for you to get hurt…

Kevin: I know…its just….I love him Key….I’ve tried to forget him but I can’t….I really and truly love him…please support me…

KittyKey:……okay I will, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have my eye on him…I still don’t trust him, but I’ll try for you okay?

Kevin: Thank you Key!! You’re the best friend ever! :D

KittyKey: of course I am lol I’m almighty Key!

Kevin: lol. Sooooo have you texted Jonghyun?

KittyKey: o-of course not stupid, I was more concerned about you!

Kevin: well what are you waiting for!? Text the boy! Whether you like it or not, you probably like him. Oh and could you give me Taemins number?

KittyKey: shut up you ….and yea okay here….

Kevin: thank you! Now go text him. If you try to text me that’s the only thing I will say! So get to it!

KittyKey: I hate you…. :(

Kevin: love you too; give me all the details tomorrow :)

I hesitantly took out the napkin from Jonghyun. I looked at the number and sighed. Perhaps Kevin was right maybe I do like him, but before I text him maybe I’ll ask my mom about that strange feeling I got.  I put my phone down and headed downstairs to my mother. I found her sitting down on the heart shaped love seat reading a book. My mother had long golden blond hair, chocolate eyes with a caramel hinted center, and flawless skin. I suppose she would since she is a Goddess. I walked towards her. She noticed my presence and smiled warmly.

“Hello my dear Kibum.” She said lovingly. I smiled as well.

“Hi mother…” she noticed my tone and put her book down.

“What troubles you my child?” she made a motion with her hand for me to come sit.

“Well it’s just. There is this person that I met at school…” I said shyly. She nodded and encouraged me to go on.

“Well he’s really annoying, and he kept following me everywhere.  He tried to ask my name but I wouldn’t tell him but he figured it out anyways. Then he gave me a hug and I pushed him away, and when our hands met….I felt this very intense burning, that felt warm and fuzzy after wards…I don’t get it mother what does this mean.” I looked up to find my mother laughing slightly.

“If I have to tell you my sweet child then your head is even more in those pink clouds in your room than I thought.” She said teasing. I frowned blushing.

“Mother!” she smiled and shook her head.

“Oh my dear. I think you and I both know what that means. Since we are from the line of Aphrodite we can sense our destined one by just one touch. You won’t feel that burn with just your friends.” I looked at my mother blushing.

“Then I’m... I’m in…..love?” I whispered. She laughed and kissed my forehead.

“I think you already know the answer my dear. If I just told you what would be the fun of that?” I pouted and snuggled closer to her.

“Okay…thank you mother. I love you” I said and pecked her on the cheek. 

“I love you to my precious treasure.” I smiled warmly and headed back to my room. I got out my phone and typed in Jonghyuns number and sent a message.

UnknownNumber:  h-hey jonghyun its Kibum… I pressed send. In like the blink of an eye there was a new and frankly overly excited text.

DinoPuppy: Kibum!!! <3 Hi! I thought you wouldn’t text me! I laughed at his enthusiasm.

PrettyKitty: w-well I figured it would be rude not to…

DinoPuppy: lol thank you Kibum! What are you doing? :)

PrettyKitty: just thinking and doing homework…wbu?

DinoPuppy: Thinking about you of course <3 :D

PrettyKitty:….you’re so cheesy…..

DinoPuppy: yea I know! But I’m only like that to my kibummie! <3 I blushed at that text.

PrettyKitty:….pabo…. hey Jonghyun?

DinoPuppy: yes beautiful kitty? :). I blushed and shook my head.

PrettyKitty: um what do you know about Eli Kim?

DinoPuppy:…..why do you wanna know?

PrettyKitty: j-just because….

DinoPuppy: well in my opinion he’s kinda a douche…I wouldn’t get involved you can do so much better Kibum. I got startled at this.

PrettyKitty: w-wait you think I like him?! Ew no lol my friend does not me lol

DinoPuppy: Really?! Oh that’s a relief….

PrettyKitty: wait why is that a relief?

DinoPuppy:…..why do you think….have I not made it clear? I like you Kibum. My eyes went wide. I can’t believe he just admitted that, but it kind of made me smile.

PrettyKitty: o…okay

DinoPuppy: don’t worry, I will chase you until you return my feelings my beloved Kibum!

PrettyKitty: yea yea whatever good lucky dog, you’re gonna need it.

DinoPuppy: we will see about that ;). I blushed. He really has no shame.

DinoPuppy: wait…I thought Taemin likes Minho not Eli Kim….

PrettyKitty: I’m not talking about Taemin. I’m talking about Kevin. No no Taemin is goo-goo for Minho no doubt about that lol

DinoPuppy: oh him….hmmm well actually in my personal opinion they seem to sort of fit….but Eli is an idiot so it will probably be difficult in the beginning. He hangs out with some jocks that are friends with the ones that bullied Taemin, so just tell Kevin to be cautious… I smiled because Jonghyun understood why I was so concerned for Kevin.

PrettyKitty: thank you Jonghyun! I tried to tell Kevin but he got pissed at me….

DinoPuppy: hahaah yea I bet. He must really be feeling him

PrettyKitty: no Sherlock lol xD

DinoPuppy: lol well anyways Kibummie I have some questions for you. 1. What’s Taemins number (Minho wants it) 2. What’s your favorite color? And 3. Are you free this weekend? ;) I blushed at all his questions but answered them none the less.

PrettyKitty: okay here is Taemins number. M-my favorite color is pink….and no I’m not doing anything this weekend…..

DinoPuppy: awesome!! Thank you Kibummie <3

PrettyKitty: y-yea whatever….I gotta go…..bye

DinoPuppy: okay bye kibummie! :) See you tomorrow. I’ll be counting the minuets! <3

PrettyKitty: pabo…

DinoPuppy: hahaahhahah.  With that I lay on my bed and thought of my conversation with Jonghyun…I couldn’t stop the small smile and blush that was forming on my face.

Well just damn….I think I’ve fallen for that idiot mutt…. I wonder how Kevin and Taemin are holding up with their love life I thought with a smile.

Taemin POV:

I sat down in my room doing my Angel geography homework when all of a sudden I got a text from an unknown number; I looked at the message and nearly had a heart attack on the spot.

UnknownNumber: Hey Taeminnie :) its Minho

Taeminnie: Hyung! How did you get my number?

FroggyPrince: oh I have my ways :)

Taeminnie: lol

FroggyPrince: so what are you up to?

Taeminnie: I’m just doing some homework. What about you?

FroggyPrince: same :) so I was wondering….

Taeminnie: neh Hyung?

FroggyPrince: would you like to come over tomorrow to study? I started blushing

Taeminnie: u-um….maybe I shouldn’t…

FroggyPrince: why? :(

Taeminnie: well….Yuri noona…

FroggyPrince: it’s not an issue Taemin, she has cheerleading practice, and then she said she was going home with Jessica. So I’m free. I was hoping we could study and get to know each other more if that’s alright :)

Taeminnie: o-okay hyung. Sounds wonderful! :)

FroggyPrince: Cool. I’ll see you tomorrow Taeminnie.

Taeminnie: okay bye Hyung :)

FroggyPrince: bye :) I looked at the last text and fell backwards on my bed squealing into my pillow and rolling around like an idiot.  I didn’t know that the whole time someone had their eyes on me and was watching amused.

Onew POV:

I was walking by Taemins room when I saw him smiling like the sun at his phone. I decided to watch him for my own entertainment. When he started rolling around on his bed with his pillow on his face that did it for me. I had to escape to my room so I could burst out laughing in the privacy of my own quarters. I guess little brother had a good day as well. I thought back on my day, playing each scene in my head. As the days went on and on, I found myself liking Joon more and more. I had started eating lunch with Joon and Mir for the past week and a half.  It was a lot of fun listening to Mir and Joon fight, Mir rant, and Joon being a goof ball with his corny jokes.  I was starting to like Joon more and more but I had to be careful because already Hyuna was starting to give me nasty looks and glare at me every time I saw her in the hall way.  It scared me a lot….was hyuna Joons girlfriend? He said she wasn’t but I can’t help but feel jealous. She knew Joon long before me, so she has a bond with him I will never have.  My mind wondered to what happened today at lunch however. It was just me and Joon today because Mir was sick…

Flash Back

“So where is Mir today?” I asked disappointed I couldn’t see my friend. Joon looked sad as well.

“He is sick today with chicken pox. I mean the kid won’t stop with the bok bok bok…” I looked at Joon funny. He noticed and explained.

“Oh well with us magic folks when we get sick, it’s a little more intense than other peoples. We might literally become what our symptom is…” I started giggling.

“Awww poor Mir…I hope he gets better soon…” I said with concern. Joon smiled at my kindness and I started smiling at him as well. I started eating my chicken again with great enthusiasm not noticing that Joon was watching me the entire time. I suddenly heard him laugh

“You really do love chicken don’t you?” he said with a smirk. I just nodded like a little kid.

“Yea!! I love love loveeeee it!!!! It’s so yummy!!!” Joon laughed.

“Well why don’t you give me a bite neh?” Joon said advancing for my precious chicken.

“No!! Get your own. You can do all that hocusy pocusy stuff, poof yourself up some!” I said annoyed. But Joon had other plans. He was determined to get my chicken.

“Please??” he said looking cute.

“No!”

“Pretty pretty please??”

“No!” I still said sticking out my tongue at him. He then lunged at me. We started wrestling laughing and hitting at each other. I finally gave in and let him have a bite. He smiled wide and took a bite. We laughed and joked some more until we heard the bell. We started cleaning up. I wasn’t watching what I was doing however and found myself slipping backwards. Joon noticed fast.

“Onew watch out!”I hear Joon yell out. I had my eyes closed bracing for a sore head and sore , but it never came. Instead came a masculine sent, and soft yet strong arms around me. I looked up and was met with Joons beautiful eyes. I started blush.

“Are are you okay Onew?” Joon asked concerned and blushing. I nodded lost for words. We stared at each other for what seemed like forever. My next actions surprised me. I brought my fingers up to his face to touch his soft, velvet skin. I traced circles around his cheeks mesmerized by them. I then realized what I was doing and starting pulling my hand away when Joon grabbed it and brought it to his lips, placing a soft kiss on it.

“o-onew-ah….”he said blushing. I just stared at him unable to stop, and I felt his face coming closer and closer. His lips almost touched mine when we were interrupted.

“Oppa!!! There you are!! I was waiting for you to walk me to class!” Hyuna said running towards us. We quickly pulled apart. Hyuna then grabbed Joon and started dragging him away.  I was left there alone and disappointed. As I cleaned up my stuff I caught her giving me the death glare unbeknown to Joon. I shivered and quickly walked to class thinking about my almost kiss with Joon.

End of Flash Back

I started thinking about it again. I bet his lips were magically soft and gentle. I really really wanted to kiss him… perhaps Hyuna coming and interrupting us was a sign it’s not meant to be. I got depressed at that note. It’s going to be hard getting over Joon because I have already fallen so deeply in love with him. I don’t know how, we haven’t know each other long, but i can just feel it.  I sighed and walked over to my window again wanting to look at the stars. I was shocked at what I found on the window sill. Another rose but this time it was pink.  I picked it up and I smelled like strawberries and cream. It was even softer then the white rose I received a couple days back.  I inspected the rose and sure enough there was a note on it. I started reading it.

“Dear Onew-ah. I send you this rose as an apology for lunch. I’m sorry I just let Hyuna take me away. I should have just told her no. I hope you can forgive me and continue to eat lunch with me every day. Having lunch with you is what makes coming to school worthwhile. If you noticed the rose I have sent you is pink and not white. That means my affection grows for you in a more romantic meaning. I hope you feel the same my beloved chicken maniac. From Joon. P.s in time it will be a red rose on your window sill meaning my burning love for you, but until then, Good night sweet Angel.”

I nearly fainted when I read his note. Joon likes me? Does he really? He’s not with Hyuna? Oh god I hope this isn’t a dream…. I pinched myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming and lucky for me I was still awake. I hugged the note close to me, kissed the rose and sat on my bed smiling away forgetting my homework. The only thing I could think of was Joon.

Kevin POV:

After I finished texting Key I started to work on my confession letter. I was going for it. No matter what, I wanted Eli to know my feelings.  I kept them bottled up for so long and I just couldn’t take it anymore. I did transfer to this school cause I had a feeling he would be going here. It’s weird I know…but I can’t help how I feel. I started writing, racking my brain of what to say without sounding majorly creepy. Hmmmmm dear Eli I’ve watched you from afar for a long time, I love you…….*crumbles up paper*  I know you don’t know me but I just had to tell you that I have loved you for so long…. *crumbles up paper*….. I can’t do this…. I need help…. I took out my phone and started texting Taemin.

UnknownNumber: hey squirt its Kevin

Squirt: Kevin-shii, hello what’s up? :)

Kevin-shii-well I was just writing a confession letter to Eli but I don’t know what to write without sounding like a creepy stalker that’s been watching him this whole time…I mean I sortta am but I don’t want him to know it! L

Squirt: well why don’t you just tell him to meet you somewhere private? Then you can spill your heart out? It’s more meaningful in person neh?

Kevin-shii: yea….your right thanks Taemin...

Squirt: Your welcome hyung! Good night! :D.  Kevin laughed at that. TAemin sure was in a good mood tonight, I wonder what happened. Well I guess I can interrogate him tomorrow.  With that I wrote my letter to a meeting place and sealed it shut, kissing it and hoping for the best.
