SCHOOL - CAFETERIA

*sigh There he goes again, sooo dreamy and perfect! I watched from across the cafeteria as he bought his food and went to sit with his friends as many of his fan girls trailed behind. He was popular ever since junior high. I was so happy when I found out that we were both going to be attending the same high school as well! It had already been 2 years since high school started though, and everything was still the same as junior high. I was still the unpopular high school nerd with the big glasses and pigtails, while he was the kingka of the school. He was just so perfect, with a nice personality, good looks, killer smile...

*BOO!*
I felt someone cover my eyes.

"*keke~ checking out your prince charming again?" the voice teased.

"W-what are you talking about?! And his name is Myungsoo aka L! Not my prince charming!" I stuttered while my cheeks flushed bright red. "Let go of me already," I muttered.

"*haha Only if you tell me who I am!" the voice teased again.

"*sigh Obviously the one and only Gongchan!" I sarcastically shouted.

"*keke Glad to know that staring at Mr. Popular hasn't totally fried your brain." he exclaimed as he let go and sat down next to me.

"Well it's not my fault! I can't help it...he's so perfect and all..." I said dreamily.

"I don't understand why you can't see the real prince charming who's beside you" Gongchan teased while putting his arm over my shoulder.

"Yeah yeah, you're the best okay!" I laughed along. Suddenly he zoomed up close, our faces only inches apart.

"I'm serious." he said in a deep voice.

His eyes were staring deep into mine, our noses almost touching. I could feel my face heat up, my cheeks blushing madly. My heart started to beat uncontrollably and I found myself unable to breathe. I took a deep gulp and knocked my forehead into his forehead hard.

"OWWW!” he yelled while holding his forehead in pain. "*hmph It's your fault for acting weird with me! I'm going to class now!" I said while running out of the cafeteria.

Hallway Setting

SCHOOL – HALLWAY

As soon as I was out of the cafeteria I slowed my pace down. My heart was beating out of control and I had to hold both my hands over it to keep it from beating too loudly. "YA! What are you thinking?!" I whispered to myself. "Gongchan's your best friend! He was just teasing you! Stop being a fool and falling for his lame jokes!" I then took a few deep breaths, adjusted my glasses, fixed my pigtails and began walking toward the classroom. I then felt my aching forehead and decided to take a turn to the washroom instead.
