Chapter 8

The Road Not Taken

Jinki felt someones hand on him, lifting him up, carrying him out of the car.
"I see you have regained consciousness, then you can walk too."
He was put down and he could feel the ground beneath him. Someone grasped his hand and started tugging him forward. But suddenly he came to an abrupt halt and collided with someone in front of him.
"Who is this guy?" Minsoo asked. Everyone was curious. They had never seen Jonghyun himself doing the dirty work like kidnapping someone.
"The kitten I said I could catch any time." Jonghyun turned around facing Jinki.
Jinki could feel him turn towards him. "So the guy from yesterday is the guy from that night. I should have seen this coming. I was actually warned twice, first with that kitten threat and next that kidnapping thing."
"Move out of the way."
And Jinki entered Jonghyun's place.
