Jinki had woken up by the sun streaming on his face. He got up smiled up at the sky. It was a beautiful day today. He got up collected his belongings and headed to the public bath. After he had bathed and had some breakfast he headed to the university, hoping that nothing would spoil this beautiful day today.

His day had been like everyday, some classes interesting and some boring. He smiled to himself happy with his day so far and headed to his part-time job at the book store.

The book store was chaotic today. There were kids there today who were running around the store. The owner noticed him at the entrance and beckoned him towards himself. " Please help that women over there, help her find her books quickly so that she can leave. I have already got quite a few complains from the other customers." Jinki smiled a reassuring smile at him said he would see to it.

Jinki wore the apron that all the employs had to wear and went to the kids, who were now on the floor fighting each other. He separated them and took them to their mother. He helped their mother find what she was searching for, and soon she and her children left the store. He saw the owner heave a sigh of relief and he grinned at him.

From the corner of his eye he could see someone staring at him, he turned towards him and walked to him.

"Can I help you with anything?"

"I am searching for books on kidnapping."

Kidnapping? This guy is kidding right? Maybe I heard it wrong. "Pardon me?" I asked him again. 

"A book on kidnapping."

"Uh..maybe you could try the fiction section!" Something was definitely wrong with that guy. But his voice, it felt like I had heard it somewhere. And my mind drifted to the events of last night. I cleared my head by shaking it, as if that would actually help it. No it can't be his, a gangster/thug/or whatever he was wouldn't come to a bookstore.."

Jinki's gaze followed him as he walked out of the store.
