As Jinki entered the alley, he was greeted by the sound of a gun firing. Before he could even think and process what was going on in the street, his reflexes took hold of him and he took cover in between the two large garbage bin beside him. While hiding, his feet hit the bin, and the sound resonated, and he knew all the heads would turn in his direction, and he crouched a bit more closer to the bin and tried to listen to conversation going on.

When he had entered the alley he saw people holding guns and knifes and standing around a guy in an arc and there was this one guy who was sitting on a  bike his head bent and his back to Jinki. And all Jinki could think was how lonely and sad that back looked.

"So you still wont tell us? Just so you know that bullet didnt miss you purposefully", said one of the guys with the weapon.

"As if that is enough to scare me."

"Oh really? Is that so?" said the guy who had spoken first and shot the other guy on his stomach right below his heart.

"Kill me if you want to, but I ain't gonna speak a word."

"Do as he says, kill him." said the guy sitting on the bike. "We have already wasted a lot of time on him, let's just get finished with him." he said while getting off from the bike. There was a murmur of consent, and a bullet was fired at the guy, which hit him square on his heart and he fell down.

Jinki gasped at the sound of guy hitting the ground, and he lost balance and his head hit the bin.

"Who's there?" all of them said in unison.

"You all clear up this mess don't leave a thing behind, I'll check who is there,"

Jinki heard footsteps coming his way. And he couldn't do anything, he was helpless. He closed his eyes and sent a silent prayer.

"I don't want to die. All that talk about dying and death was good as talk only. I still have a lot of things. Oh God, please save me." And when he had gathered all the courage and opened his eyes he saw a silhoutte in front of him. It was dark and he couldn't see anything. All the air had left him. It was like he had forgotten how to breath, he was so scared. The guy bent down and pulled his mouth open and told him to "breath" as if reading his thoughts.  He got up and shouted," nothing here, just a kitten" to his companions. Jinki recognised that voice, it was the voice that had ordered the killing. Then he looked down again at Jinki, his voice dangerously soft, "A kitten which I  can catch anytime I want." And he left Jinki there behind the bin.
