Not my type
CloseSecluded Coffee Shop Somewhere in Seoul Next Saturday 2PM
“Omo! You’re really T.O.P.!” Excitedly the barista handed the Frapuccino to the dashing handsome idol in front her.
“Anyeonghasaeyo” Seunghyun smiled shyly. He was casually dressed in jeans and white polo, sleeves rolled up to his elbows, & with sunglasses to complete the entire ensemble.
He paid and thanked her and returned to his seat. She was late. Sooyoung was late. Oh never mind, he thought. At least apart from the coffee house staff, no one else was there staring at him.
Teddy and his friend or friend of a friend selected this coffee house. The place was way secluded... or maybe ‘deserted’ was a better term. Celebrities can date here, Seunghyun told himself. But it reminded him of that coffee house where a certain scene in Secret Garden was shot.
Seunghyun was lost in his thoughts when he heard the barista exchange excited giggles again.
“Whoah! It’s Tiffany” one of them said.
Seunghyun removed his sunglasses. Yes, it was Tiffany.
Tiffany… who isn’t his type.
The last on his list, or can be excluded from his list.
Dugeun.. Dugeun.. Dugeun..
He gets the same feeling.
He felt it again.
Same feeling back in 2010. In MBC Gayo Daejun. When he couldn’t look straight into her eyes.
Damn Seunghyun, he thought. She might hear your heart beating too fast. Why does this girl make me feel nervous? Seunghyun’s thoughts were racing. He was not sure which was faster though, his heartbeat or his thoughts. She’s not my type… She’s not my type… She’s not my type… He chanted in his head. Why am I so nervous? Tiffany nervously clutched her bag, upon seeing the handsome T.O.P. sitting in the coffeehouse. She bowed to the staff upon entering and went straight to him. “Hi” She smiled. “Where’s Dae?” “Oh, Dae’s not here.” Seunghyun replied. “I’m his..I’m his” “You’re his...?” Tiffany asked. This is way too awkward. “Substitute, I guess.” Seunghyun managed to say. They exchanged quick sentences without even looking at each other’s eyes. “Have a seat.” Seunghyun offered. “May I take a seat?” Tiffany asked. They both said at the same time. For five minutes they didn’t say a word. Five long minutes. Nor they looked at each other. Spell AWKWARD. Tiffany got up and excused herself to buy a drink. “No, I’ll buy you a drink, what do you want?” Seunghyun asked, blushing, still not looking at her. “Why are we so awkward, Seunghyun-ssi?” Tiffany blatantly asked. “You’re not my type Miyoung-ssi.” With that answer Seunghyun closed his eyes, “I’m sorry… I didn’t mean to…” “That’s pretty honest. I like it. You want me to be honest? Look at me, Seunghyun.” She demanded. “Oh, wait. I’ll buy coffee first…” “I said I’ll get you” He reminded her. “OK, I’ll have a café Americano.” Seunghyun returned with the coffee in his hand, unsure of why he and Tiffany are into this conversation. “What should I call you? Everyone calls you T.O.P., so should I call you Seunghyun? Tabi?” Look at me…” Tiffany eyes were on him. “Call me Seunghyun.” He replied, now he was looking di
