Bomi and Tao is waiting patiently at the outside of the emergency room. It has been 2 hours since they brought Yi Lin to the hospital after she fainted at the lobby. Bomi can't stop crying since then and sometimes she tremble with fear. Tao slipped his hand and grabbed tightly her cold hands.

"Are you okey?" he asked, worry about her.

"I'm the one who should talk like that to you." Bomi force herself to try smile at him. A few minutes later, the doctor that in charged of Yi Lin walk out from the room. Tao went to him and Bomi just wait for the news. After she see that the doctor has left, she walk to get Tao.

"How is she? She is fine right?"

"She is fine. She is a tough girl. Do you want to see her..with me?"

With me. She used to do many things with him but thats all in the past. Its been such a long time since she met him, but meeting him in this kind of situation, doesn't pleased her very much. Her head full with question. What he doing all this time? Why he left her 5 years ago? Who is Yi Lin to him?. There were so many but she can't even asked one.

Both of them went into Yi Lin room. She is laying down on the bed, wearing the breathing mask and she still managed to create a smile to Bomi and Tao eventhough she was so weak. Tao sat on the chair next to Yi Lin, kiss her hand and his another hand caress Yi Lin shining black hair.

"Daddy..are you crying again?"

"I'm not crying. Why did you went out by yourself?"

"I was bored being alone. I'm sorry to make you worry."

"You must live on Yi Lin. You can't leave me. You know how much I love you right?"

Bomi was touched with Tao affection towards Yi Lin and now she know that Tao has been living a well life. He had a family and had a very adorable daughter.To give the space for Tao to talk with Yi Lin, quietly she walk away but then Yi Lin call for her.

"Unnie, can I talk with you for awhile?"

Bomi divert her vision to Tao. Tao get up from the seat and kiss Yi Lin forehead.

"I think she want to talk with you alone. I'll be at the outside. Call me if anything happen."

Bomi nodded and Tao left her with Yi Lin. Bomi sat next to her side and placed her camera on the table next to the bed.

"Do you need anything Yi Lin?"

"Thanks for saving me unnie. I could have died if you are not there with me"

"I'm the one should be sorry. I shouldn't have left you alone."

"Its not your fault. I was like this since the day I born."

Bomi hold Yi Lin hand and Yi Lin seems to be more relaxed.

"Perhaps, are you Yoon Bomi, the idol?"

Bomi giggle at her question. Maybe she was not so famous so thats why Yi Lin didn't recognize her right away.

"You better keep it as a secret Yi Lin. I will be in trouble if I was being exposed like this."

"I won't tell anybody. Trust me."

They make a pinky promise.

"Unnie, by any chance did you happen to know my mother?"

"Your mother?"

"She was like you too, an idol. Dad told me that mom was an idol and she was so great."

Bomi feel kind of sad when she know that Tao was married to another women,that also an idol. Is she so lacking that Tao decided to leave her for another women?

"What is your mother name?"she asked, curious.

"Meng Ji Ah."

She felt that her heart was going to explode when she heard the name. She hear it clearly from Yi Lin mouth. She is confident that she didn't misheard about it. Yi Lin slide down the mask to get something from her small bee bag. She took out a piece of photo and hand it to Bomi to see it. She become speechless when she saw it. This whole time, Tao and Ji Ah has betrayed her and Lu Han.

"Did you know her?"

"Yes. Your mother used to work with me."she answered with faking a smile. She must be crazy to be able to smile after knowing all of this ugly truth.

"Could you tell me about her? I never met her in a person. Father never talk about mom to me so I know nothing except for her name."

Bomi pitied with Yi Lin misfortune but it so hard for her to talk about Ji Ah. She never had a good memories about her either. But then she remember about someone that might have a lot of pleasent memory with Ji Ah.

"You see, I'm not very close with your mother but I know someone who could tell you about her."

"Really? Then could you take me to see that person?"

"He will be arriving tomorrow. You must be a good girl here and listen to your father well. If you did what I tell you, I will bring that guy here for sure."

She agree with Bomi and after that Bomi take her leave to let Yi Lin to rest. She ran across with Tao at the outside of the room.

"Are you leaving now? Should I send you back to the hotel?"

"We need to talk Tao. Make some time during dinner time. I'll be waiting for you at the hotel."and then she walk away to the entrance without waiting for his answer because she believe that Tao will be there to answer all of her question.

That night Bomi went to the restaurant at nine and by the time she arrived there, Tao already waiting for her. She can't remember when was it the last time he arrived first before her when they went for a date. she always the one who wait for him for about half an hour everytime they make a date and sometime Tao even left her stood up.

"You were early."she said. She sat in front of him. Tao give her a soft smile and called for waiter to make the order. They begin their conversation after they finished making the order.

"You look very well now."Tao kick off first.

"I think you can live a better life once you move on from the past. I learned it."she said sacrastically. Tao remained calm and it annoyed Bomi very much.

"So, did you left me and marry off Ji Ah?"Bomi asked, straightforward.

"Yes. That true."he answered, simple. But that simple answer is enough to make Bomi hate him more.

"I even lose to her. Yi Lin, is she your daughter with Ji Ah? Did you leave me just because I asked you to?"she asked. She was hoping for a quick answer but Tao replied her with a question.

"Did you want me to lie you or tell the truth that will hurt you?"

Bomi give him a killer stared. Is he playing with her?

"Does it matter to me? Everything you said to me is a vain. I can't even differentiate whether you are telling the truth or not, cause you are very good at lying me. Or am I too stupid?"

Bomi was enraged. It would be trouble if she cries again. Tao will see her as an easy girl. That what she thought.

"Since I'm going to left in another 3 days, I think it won't be hurt if I just make it clear for you. So you won't have any hard feeling towards me anymore."

Bomi wait for him to explain patiently. She want an answer for the question that was playing around in her head this whole time.

"I never had any intention of leaving you for her or that I didn't love you anymore. I love you so dearly but as the time past by, I realised I couldn't make you happy. You being beside me, make me feel that I'm the most lucky man in this world but not for you. When a friend come and begged for my help, how could I said no Bomi? I marry her because I too want to protect the person that she like. Because that guy is my friend."

"So you are saying Ji Ah is more important than me?"her eyes start to become watery but she hold it up.

"Nothing is more important for me other than you. And Yi Lin, she is not my daughter by flesh and blood but I raised her like she was my real daughter. Ji Ah died after she gave birth to Yi Lin and I promised her that I will raise her well. And yes Yi Lin is the child of that man that both of us want to protect."

Bomi eyes widen. This doesn't make any sense. Does he mean that he still marry Ji Ah eventhough Ji Ah is pregnant someone else child? Not a single words could be expressed from .

"This seem to be cruel, but actually Yi Lin already learn that I am not her father. In her life, her father is already died and so for her father, Yi Lin is long gone. This is what Ji Ah want before she closed her eyes and I just obey it as that was her last wish."

"How could you to a child like her?! Why did you tell lies like that when her father is still alive?! You are not protecting her right now, you are hurting her!"she angered with Tao. His decision is totally wrong. Yi Lin deserved to know who her real father is.

"It doesn't matter to me. I rather carry this sins with me untill I die. I'm not regretting it. That guy going to create a new life with another girl. And for that girl, he is the new hope. I'm afraid that Yi Lin existance will ruined it all and I can't afford to lose Yi Lin either. I'm not strong enough."

Bomi lose her words. All of this are too sudden and she felt it was more better if she never ask for it in her lifetime.

"At least, couldn't you just let her meet her father? If you can't find him, I can find him for her sake while you are still here."she begged for his consideration.

"I would like too for her to meet her real father, but you will regret it Bomi."Tao get up from his seat and start his pace to walk away from Bomi. Bomi ran after him and managed to grab his arm.

"Tao, don't this."again she begged to Tao. Tao didn't turn his body to look at her.

"I know that your love for me already died but my love for you is endlessly. I'm doing this for our good."

"What good are you talking about?! I didn't get it dammit!."

He fall into silent at first but as soon as she hear his last words, she feel weak and her hand automatically let him go. Bomi fall sedimented on the floor and she couldn't stop herself from crying but yet Tao walk away without turning back to her.

"Yi Lin real name was not Huang Yi Lin, but Xi Yi Lin. She is the daughter of the man you are getting marry with, Xi Lu Han. The guy Ji Ah tries to protect, the friend of mine who could make you happy for a lifetime."
