You heard your phone ring a few times and groaned. You rubbed your eyes and yawned before getting up. You sat straight in your bed and grabbed your phone. All of them had texted you back with the same answer.

They would be there, only Donghae still didn't reply. You sighed and lied down and pulled the blanket over your head.

You opened your eyes when you heard your phone ring. You sighed and pushed the blanket away. You got up and looked at your phone.

2 missed calls

Your eyes widened when you saw who it was. You smiled while staring at his name and felt something weird in your belly. You were about to call him back when your phone rang again. You were surprised and picked up fast.

'Hello?' You said careful.

'Goodmorning, were you sleeping?' you heard Donghae's voice and the weird feeling grew.

'Yeah, you woke me up.' You said and couldn't help but smile.

'Oh, I'm sorry. I just wanted to ask about the masquerade.' He said cutely and you let yourself fall back on your bed.

'Yeah. Why didn't you text me back? Everyone else already said okay.' You said while staring at the ceiling.

'Ow.. Yeah. About that. Weren't we going to go together?' He asked and you bit your lip.

'We have to meet each other inside. My dad said no date... anyway, you can go with the guys. You can just have fun with them and if my dad finds out that I invited you guys, he'll go crazy.'  You smirked. He stayed quiet on the other side.

'Look, if you don't want to come, it's fine.' You sighed and you felt annoyed.

'No.... I'll come. I can't throw my chances away.' He smirked and you felt the butterflies in your belly.

'Whatever. I'll drop the masks on my way there.' You said.

'Okay, Make sure, I'll get one that matches yours.' he said and you knew he was grinning.

'Okay, byee~.' You said fast.

'See you soon, beautiful.' He said and hung up.

A smile appeared on your face and you felt happy. When you got up, you looked right into the mirror. You were surprised by the huge smile and softly slapped your cheeks.

'Quit dreaming... He's just playing and you're just using him.' You whispered to yourself. Just when you were about to go to the bathroom to wash your face your phone ringed and you saw that you had a message... from dad.

Don't be late! And were a good dress.

Don't embarrass me! I already promised

Aunt Suzy to bring you with me. . 

You groaned and threw your phone back on your bed before slamming your door shut. It was already 10am when you walked into the livingroom. The girls were on the couch and the guys were in the kitchen, cleaning. Suddenly an idea popped up in your head and you tried hard to keep in a smirk.

You groaned while walking to the kitchen You grabbed a bottle water out of the refridgerator while ignoring the 3 guys. You sat down on the other couch and threw your head back.  Just like you expected, they were curious about your 'bad mood' and you tried hard not to laugh.

You whined while exlaining that your annoying dad wants to take you to a masquerade. You glanced at your friends. You knew ____ loved those kinds of things. You didn't need to say much for her to be convinced. Your other friend also nodded and you smiled.

Kyuhyun and Sungmin played a bit with Eun Mi and it made you feel happy that she was able to smile so much. You walked upstairs and immediately turned the shower on. You walked back to your room after calling Eun Mi. You heard her climb up the stairs slowly and she popped her head inside the room.

'Did you take a shower?' You asked and she shook her head. You smiled and took her hand leading her to the bathroom.

All of us got prepared and we immediately went to Layla unnie to fit the dresses she had prepared. After fitting a few dresses, unnie send the dresses to the beauty salon. You payed the dresses and let her put the masks in your car before going to the beautysalon across the street.

Shin was waiting for us with his team. The girls were surprised and you smirked after a small talk with Shin.

After your nails were done, you were guided to the dressing rooms. Your friends walked out in their dresses but had no time to rest because they were pulled into a chair again to get their make up and hair done. Eun Mi was the first one to be done because she didn't need any make up and she smiled proudly.

'Do you like your new dress?' You asked and you could see her eyes shining when she smiled.

'I love it!' She said and jumped up. That was enough for you to smile proudly. You kept steeling glances at your friends and even thought they were hesitating at home, their eyes were sparkling like diamonds.

When all of you were done, the 2 girls stared at themselves in the mirror. You payed everything before walking to your car in your dress. It was a bit annoying to drive but when you arrived at home, you and your dress were still looking perfect.

The girls wanted to surprise their boyfriends, so you called them while driving and told them to wait in the livingroom. Before getting out of the car you handed everyone their masks. The 4 of your sneaked to the door and while the other 3 would giggle nervously, you just made sure the guys couldn't see you from the windows.

You opened the front door slowly and felt like a thief in your own house. When the corridor was empty, you waved at the girls as a sign for them to follow you. You holded Eun Mi's hand while walking in and knew that the guys were surprised. It took a while for your friend to walk in too but when they walked in, the guys were stunned and you could see them drooling.

You couldn't help but think about how stupid they looked. Your friends were all acting cute and cheesy with their boyfriends before standing besides you and Eun Mi.

then it was you, who was waiting for it to be done and Eun Mi who was still smiling proudly.

and then your other friend, who was blushing.

When the bell rang, you felt relieved.

'The limo is here.' You said and walked to the front door. When you opened the door you saw an even bigger Limousine than 2 years ago.

Kyuhyun made a stupid joke when your friend worried but you just shove it off by telling the truth to them. When your friend asked you if you would accept one of those rich successors, you could only smirk and wonder if you would...

You told her that you would just play but deep inside you didn't know if you wanted to make your dad mad or proud... You walked to the limo and the driver holded the door open for you.

'Get in.' You ordered them and they got in one by one. You lifted Eun Mi up and put her in the limo, you nodded at the driver and glanced at the bag next to your own car and he got the hint. He grabbed the bag and you got in the limo. The door was closed and the car started driving. You finally turned to look at the other and noticed that the inside of this limo was very big.

Even the inside looked different than you could remember.

Withing 10 minutes you arrived at the hotel. You looked out of the room while the driver gave a bag to Donghae. For some reason you felt butterflies in your belly when he smiled politely to the driver. After a short talk, Donghae nodded and left. The car started moving again and you were still staring out of the window.

'Unnie, what was that about?' your friend asked and you shrugged your shoulders. She looked weirdly at you but didn't say anything. After another 20 minutes, you arrived at the party venue.

'Only a few minutes left, miss.' The drivers whispered and you nodded before turning to the others.

You explained fast about the dancing and about the redcarpet thing while checking Eun Mi and your own look. The car stopped and the door was opened.

'oh, I forgot to tell you. I invited all the members of super junior, so it's possible that you'll bump into them.' You said while putting Eun Mi's mask on. You quickly put yours on and the others followed your example. They only listened half to what you were saying but your words did slowly hit them in the face.

You stepped out as first while the driver helped you. All kinds of flashlights from everywhere blinded you and you holded Eun Mi's hand while she jumped out the limo. She was a bit surprised by the crowd and squeezed your hand. You took a few steps forward, giving the other 5 space to get out of the car. When they got out, you stood in a line for the pictures.

'it's okay.' You whispered to Eun Mi and she seemed to relax a bit.

After a few seconds, you got tired of the pictures and started walking inside. The other followed you and soon you were standing in the corridor.

'I'm going to bring Eun Mi. If you want you can go inside or you can wait here for me.' You said and they nodded.

You walked with Eun Mi, to the left and saw the huge place soon.

'Noona!' Some little guy yelled when you walked into the room and ran over to you.

'Yah! Mike, what are you doing here? Your mom dragged you with her, didn't she?' You said while patting the boys head.

'Yeah, she loves these things too much. You know how it goes.' He smirked.

'You little cheecky brat. You didn't change at all in 2 years!' You said while ruffling up his hair.

'I only got manlier.' He said and laughed.

'Yeah, veryyyy manly. Can you do something for me?' You said while grinning.

'For my pretty noona? Always.' He said and this time your mouth fell open.

'Yah! When did I become yours?' You said and poked his head.

'Whatever. You promised me, that you would marry me if I grow up fast.' He said while pouting and rubbing his forehead.

'Listen good to me. When you are older, you will see a lot of pretty girls. Like Eun Mi.' You said and pulled her from behind you, so she would appear.

Mike's mouth fell open and you smiled.

'This is Mike, he is 9 years old and he is a very kind oppa. So stay with him, while omma looks for her friends, okay?' You said to her and she looked at you with big eyes.

'Mike, she is veryyyy shy. So a brat like you can take good care of her, right?' You said and he nodded happily. You patted his head and he held out his hand for Eun Mi.

'How old are you?' He asked her when she held his hand.

'I'm 5 years old.' She said and he nodded.

'Don't worry. We can play a lot and if someone is being mean, I'll beat them up.' He said as if he was the biggest man on the world. You chuckled and kissed both of them on the forehead before they went off to play. You glanced one more time at them before walking out of the playroom.

When you got back into the corridor, the 5 of them were still standing there.

'Let's go in.' You said a bit cold and they flinched. You always put on your cold pokerface at parties like these because EVERYTHING and EVERYONE was fake at times like these for you.

Whenn you walked in, people moved out of the way and made way for you. They all whispered and glanced at you. You sighed and saw your dad talking to Aunt Suzy. You turned to look at the other 5 and they were amazed by the crowd, music and food.

'I have to greet my dad and his friends... so please enjoy yourselves.' You said and didn't wait for them to say anything. You immediately disappeared in the crowd, walking towards your father.

'Omo! You really appeared! I thought your dad made one of his empty promises again. But this time he really convinced you!' Aunt Suzy talked fast and loud while hugging you. You could only smile weakly and nod.

'Yes, I'm sorry. I had a lot of things going on. Studies and other stuff.' You said and she nodded as if she could understand. Some guy walked up to the 3 of you and interrupted her story. He greeted her first then your dad and then he nodded at you. After him a lot more people came and greeted you. They said things like

'it's been such a long time'

'You look so pretty.'

'You didn't change at all, you still are beautiful like always.'

They kept repeating the words and kept introducing their children to you, hoping you would show some interest. You excused yourself and walked towards the balcony. You passed a lot of people and greeted a few that recognized you. Just when you got close to the balcony, some guy grabbed your hand and pulled you towards the stage. Just before he could pull you up, you pulled your hand away and wanted to walk away but the crowd made some space and Aunt Suzy was standing on the stage.

'Well, it's time to start the dance. And of course, who other than the beautiful princess could open the dance for us?' She said and a huge spotlight was directed at you, making everyone stare at you.

They smiled, whispered and looked at you with expecting eyes and you sighed. The guy that was pulling your hand a second ago, kneeled down on one leg and held his hand up for you.

You glanced around once more and just when you wanted to accept the guys hand, your hand was grabbed by someone else. The person pulled you to the middle of the dancefloor that was totally empty.

You don't know what had happened but when the guy looked into your eyes, the music started to play. You felt as if you were floating when he leaded your every step. His brown eyes, looked so kindly at you, while his hands holded you softly. His feets were light and made you feel as if it was a cloud, that was lifting you up.

You were so focused on him that you didn't notice that other couples had started dancing too. When he smirked, it was as if the spell was broken and you frowned. You looked around and the guy kept staring at you. You realized that it was almost the part where the partners are switched and you put on your cold pokerface again.

Just like you knew it was, it happened. After a few seconds, his warm hands left your body and helded another girl's. You kept glancing at the guy and when he winked at you, you realized that it was Donghae.

You gasped and excused yourself from the guy, you were dancing with. He bowed and you disappeared in the crowd.

For some reason, even thought you were the one that had invited him, you wanted to run away from him. The weird feeling in your belly grew and you hated it. You wanted it to stop and you appeared at the small wine bar.

'Please give me a strong wine.' You said fast and the mad gave you a pretty glass. You didn't immediately took a sip but walked over to the balcony, like you had planned from the beginning. When you were outside and felt the cold air surrounding you, you felt relieved. You took a deep breath and sighed while walking to the edge. You looked down and then up to the stars. After staring for a while you sighed again and looked down at the wine in your hand.

You slowly brought it closes to your mouth, when someone suddenly grabbed your hand. You froze and looked to your left. You grinned when you saw who it was and pulled your hand away.

'Don't act all close to me. I don't need you if my dad won't see us.' You hissed and knew that your words would hurt him. But he wasn't the only one, that felt pain when those words were said.
