A week before the comeback

Himchan’s POV

After Dara got discharged from the hospital, we decided to stay near our agency building. Kush, per Teddy’s instruction, fetches Dara every morning as we have to practice for our comeback. She’s gaining her strength slowly the past days and she seemed very excited about our comeback. I always let her spend her time with Teddy and so today I decided to take her to the amusement park.

“Aigoo, Channie where are you taking me? Can we remove the blindfold now? And it’s very noisy around here” Dara said as I held her hand and guided her to Lotte, we were standing next to the carousel. I then removed her blindfold and she was star strucked like a kid entering the amusement park for the first time.

“Surprise! I always wanted to go with you here” I said as I held her hand. We made sure though that our disguises worked for today.

She then kissed my cheeks and giggled “Thanks for bringing me here Himchan. Kaja!”

We then rode rides, went skating, took pictures and ate delicious food for that whole day we spent at the amusement park.

It was already night when we went out. I then brought her to her favorite ramen store

“Kyaa, you’re so sweet and thoughtful today. Thank you” Dara said as she hugged me

“Anything for my dear princess” I smiled “Kaja” We then ate and catched up a lot. Hearing her speaking about her experiences while she was away, filling up the details we did for the years we were apart. It was a nice day indeed. We then went to Han River and sat on the ground. Cradling her in my arms and not caring the world

“Ted hyung sent me a message that he’ll fetch you and you’ll be staying with them for the remaining days before our comeback” I said

“Yep, I’ll be definitely there to support you guys” she said as she caressed my hands. Old habits die hard.

“Promise?” I said as I looked at her

“Promise” and she then lowered my mask and sealed her promise with a kiss

“Yah” that took me a back and she just giggled after she adjusted my mask. We then went to our apartment where Teddy was waiting for us. She then left with him and I entered our building, smiling, grateful that things are getting okay.
