It was 10 in the morning, Kibum wake up from his slumber when he feels someone shakes his shoulder.

‘’what?’’ he groans

‘’young master, you could move to your bed so your back won’t get hurt as you wake up’’

‘’hmm? Oh George-nim’’ kibum opens his eyes. He falls asleep in front of his laptop on his desk. He brings his both hand and rubs his face tiredly. Behind him was a man around 50 with a neat black suit

‘’ Do you want the breakfast to be serve immediately?’’

‘’oh... yeah please, I don’t feel like sleeping anymore. I’ll just take shower’’

‘’the breakfast will be serve at the dining room as usual’’ with that the lean man walk out of the room and kibum facing his laptop again. There’s a reply and he groans again. ‘’damn, and I was asleep’’ he hissed under his breath.

He read the message and frowns at the content. Hyukjae have written the flashback of the event meeting sungmin the day before. And now he tells the details;

..Then I met him, he help me get rid of Yoojun. I was really shocked when I saw him. Can you imagine it? I feel like the world had stopped for a second. Tho... he didn’t talk much, he went elsewhere after that.

Ahh... you must be sleeping by now! Sorry! Anyway, good night there! Sleep tight!

Kim Kibum (10:23)

ahh, yeah I fall asleep! Ugh. Anyway, fighting! Everything will be okay! Trust me!

He replied and stands up from his chair, knowing that Hyukjae will not reply because of time different. After he gets dressed, kibum went down the stairs to get his breakfast since his stomach had craving for one. He hadn’t eaten anything since last night.

‘’well, what I have for today?’’ kibum said charmingly to his maid as he enters the dining room

‘’it’s a toast and omelets sir. And your daily orange juice’’ said the maid happily. Kibum apparently have a good connection with the maids and every worker in this house despite he’s the second son of the owner and that he is the only Korean here –his father a Korean too, but since he barely in the house so I wouldn’t count it- he is totally opposite with the owner of this house –his father- who doesn’t even talking with anyone except George. Even though he have lived here for years, he never forget the Korean culture and everything he should do since his late mother have always remains him that with no end and the people in this house too sometimes learning some culture and stories from him.

‘’thanks!’’

‘’young master, your car have ready to send you to college’’ George said as he stand before kibum

‘’tell the driver to leave, I want to walk to school today’’

‘’as your wish sir’’ there are some days that kibum wants to walk. George was about to turns when kibum called for him again ‘’what can I help you with sir?’’

‘’how’s my passport and VISA?’’

Donghae was about to get in the cafeteria when he sees Julian feeding her new boyfriend sweetly. He takes a step back at look at the two again before walking away from the crowded cafeteria.

‘What was that sound?’ he thought ‘oh yeah, it’s my heart breaking again’ and he answer himself before he let out a painful chuckles.

‘’I will have you in my arms again. I will try... Julian’’

As he pitied himself, he heard some noise from the side road. Couple fights.

‘’..You was with her!’’ said the girl

‘’we just greeting each other a good morning that’s all! I swear! You don’t have to be jealous baby!’’

‘’I get jealous because I love you stupid!’’ the girl cried before the guy hug her tightly while persuading her again. Donghae just shakes his head.

‘’just if the relationship was that easy for me’’ he walks again before he stop after a couple of pace. ‘’wait.. Jealous?’’ he looks at the couple again before he tore his eyes to other place. ‘’maybe I can make Julian get jealous this time’’ he said, smiling bitterly as he walks toward his faculty

It has been 3 days since the last event when Hyukjae met sungmin happened. For the past three days, Hyukjae tried to look for sungmin around the university and much for his lucky, he only watch the latter from afar .Every time he tried to approach the brunette, sungmin will move away and Hyukjae being innocent much, thinking he was just busy for the new education here.

And today, he tried to search for sungmin again at the lunch time. Hyukjae was wondering around the law faculty as he has nothing to do and walk over there for nothing but searching.

‘’I think I’m just being stupid, he won’t be hanging around here right?’’ Hyukjae let out a small sigh once he arrives at the front law faculty building. Slowly, he turns around and looks down at his shoes, knocking his head using his fist not-so-hardly.

He was about to walk when he bump to a girl and making the files she was holding falling to the ground. He was also panicked at the small commotion he did.

‘’I’m so sorry! That was an accident!’’ Hyukjae said, as he bend down and help the girl to collect the files

‘’ahh... it’s my fault too that I don’t see you were standing over there. I was in hurry!’’ she grimace and nod her head a little

‘’no... No... It was my fault that I was daydreaming’’

‘’hmm... I’ve never seen you around here’’ she said while look at Hyukjae curiously

‘’ohh... I was just walking around here. I didn’t take law as my course’’ Hyukjae said, rubbing the back of her head

‘’ohh! I see... oh well I have to go now. Thanks for helping me collecting these files and sorry again’’ she said in hurry and turn her heels and walk away

‘’..You are welcome’’ Hyukjae said more to himself.  Hyukjae was about to walk again, eyes on his shoes.

‘’Hey mister, you might occur another accident with your walking style’’ a voice appear behind him. Hyukjae turns his back to face the slightly tall brunette.

‘’D-donghae shii! Eh, good evening!’’ Hyukjae greet as he bow 90 degree toward donghae

‘’evening too. Anyway if you make another commotion, I’ll make sure I’ll summons you’’ donghae smirks while Hyukjae widens his eyes

‘’eh? S-summons?’’

‘’yep! Your carelessness might cause trouble for other people don’t you think?’’

‘’um...sorry’’ looking a bit sad of his own self, Hyukjae bow his head again

‘’nah~ anyway, you want to go for a lunch? I don’t have company, so mind to join me? Ah and no worry, it’s my treat’’

‘’well.. I guess its okay. I kind of hungry too after walking for too long’’ Hyukjae add. Both of them start to walk to the nearest café, two blocks away from where they are now. ‘’umm...you take law?’’

‘’yep! Oh yeah, speaking of that. What are you doing in my faculty? I don’t know if you take law as well?’’

‘’ah no, actually I was looking for someone’’ Hyukjae subconsciously pouting his lips

‘’ohh your friend?’’

‘’ah.. Not really...I mean yes’’ for some reason he feels his heart break a little at the mention of friend thus makes him look down on his shoes again

‘’step 1, look in front of you when you are walking’’ Donghae’s sudden remarks makes Hyukjae turns his head to the brunette

‘’huh?’’

‘’step 2, walk straight! Do not change your pace from fast to slow suddenly. People at your back might clash with you’’ he adds again with his 2 finger up showing the number of steps ‘’step 3; don’t bend down your back when you are walking. You shall follow those steps really. Because if you don’t, I guess I have to summons you for breaking the rules’’ he shrug

‘’err... I never heard if there were rules for walking…’’ Hyukjae whispers, slight frowning

‘’of course there is! It’s called Donghae’s rules!’’

‘’eyy’’

Both of them chuckle and enter the café. They didn’t talk much but both are comfortable enough. It’s weird though, Hyukjae are being carefree with someone he barely called as friend and with donghae suddenly being talkative.

They bids goodbye to each other after Hyukjae says his thanks for the treat and both went to opposite direction to their own way.

Donghae went back to his faculty to takes some files that he forgot to bring earlier. He was on the second floor when he meets a tall dimple guy

‘’oh Siwon ah’’

‘’hey I think I saw you with someone earlier! Julian is back already? Oh wait, can’t be Julian... she’s not a guy’’ ask Siwon more to himself as he bring his thumb and fingers to his chin

‘’he’s just someone I know’’ donghae rolls his eyes

‘’ohh... well, it’s always better to makes new friend when you can’t move on’’

‘’who said I’m going to move on anyway? Well, Hyukjae is a nice guy to hang out with... my brain didn’t have much burden when I was walking with him though’’ donghae said, shrugging his shoulder

‘’so.. You just walk with him just to fill your boredom...or …wait wait! You are using him! Ya! That’s not right!’’ Siwon said as he grabs Donghae’s collar dramatically. ‘Here we go again’ donghae thought

‘’you know what, you shall takes entertainment industry course you see, you can act in theater well’’ said donghae boringly

‘’am I? Kangin said so too... shall I change?’’ Siwon seems to thought about that for a while before he widens his eyes and look at the smirking brunette in front of him ‘’hey! That’s out of the question!’’ he said, releasing Donghae’s collar

‘’you are easily distracted’’

‘’donghae... you are a good boy. Don’t play with people heart’’

‘’what? Hey, me and Hyukjae barely being a friend, I just go out earlier because I’m hungry. And! I treat him his lunch too okay’’

‘’his name is Hyukjae?  … Wait! Why don’t you invite me as well?! I’m hungry too!’’

‘’gee... you are the one who take all my breakfast this morning yet you complain...ah anyway, I’m going to take some files, so see you later’’

‘’oh yeah! see ya!’’ donghae climb another stairs while Siwon continue walking along the corridor before he stops and glancing around ‘’wait... What I want to do earlier?’’

The watch had strike 3 o’clock when Hyukjae arrived in front of a house he used to visit often 5 years ago. He was about to ring the bell when suddenly the gate open revealing a blond haired guy with a green shirt and a light blue jeans. Both of them were surprise when they caught each other eyes. It was an awkward silent for god know how long before Hyukjae let out an awkward greet.

‘’H-hello… Sungmin..’’ the blond just stared at him without emotion before he nods his head once. ‘’where are you going?’’ Hyukjae tried to ask cheerfully but failing thus make the simple sentence awkward.

‘’somewhere’’ sungmin replied shortly before closing the gate and lock it

‘’ohh..’’ Hyukjae look at nowhere but his shoes ‘’…can I join?’’

‘’no’’

‘’but maybe we can talk for a while’’ Hyukjae said, slightly raised his voice. He has enough of the tension right now.

‘’there’s nothing to talk about’’

‘’but Ming-!’’

‘’stop calling me with that name. I’m not the same as before and I guess you can see it thought your eyes’’ he said before he walks

Hyukjae was so stunned at the moment to even think about anything until sungmin had disappeared from his sight. After 10 solid minutes standing dumbly, Hyukjae turns and walk away as well without spare a glance at the used-to-be his house. He walks along the road with the tears threatening to fall from his eyes.

At the same moment, sungmin walks hurriedly to another place. He’s trying all his might to control his mind and the pain in his heart. He stop at the flower shop and buy some orange roses, he continue his journey to the cemetery.

He glances everywhere trying to remember the location of a certain grave. It doesn’t take him long until he found it. He kneeled down and put the flower neatly beside the thumb stone.

‘’long time no see. I’m back’’ and he wipe a single tears that fall using his palm

Meanwhile

Hyukjae walks along the road earning some stares from the people but that are the least thing he wants to care about for a moment. He didn’t yet notice the silent tears that fall from his eyes until he feels something tugging his shirt. He sniffs and wipes his cheeks quickly before looking down at a girl.

‘’oppa?’’

‘’ohh you... sunny’’

.

They sat on the bench in front of a tree.

‘’here sunny have one more’’ she lift a small carton of cold strawberry milk and hand it to Hyukjae which Hyukjae take it hesitantly

‘’thanks..’’

‘’umma still buying things then sunny saw oppa was crying so sunny bought stlawberry milk for two.. But sunny don’t have much money so sunny only buy the small one’’ she beamed and Hyukjae chuckle and pats her head.

‘’oppa will treat you too next time’’ Hyukjae said as he sip on his milk

‘’neh!’’ she smile cutely while looking at the cars on the road. It was a comfortable silence between the two of them; both are too drowning enjoying the strawberry milk. ‘’oppa, if you algue (argue) with your friend, and there’s no progress.. me be you shall make the flist (first) move’’ Hyukjae look at sunny, too speechless to say anything. He was thinking for a couple of minutes before he reply the girl. ‘How a kid can really understand?’ he thought

‘’how.. Did you know?’’

‘’umma, always told me that when sunny algue with tiffany’’

‘’tiffany?’’

‘’my best friend! And you were sad earlier, so sunny thought you have fought’’ he nods happily

Hyukjae smile at her and they sit for a while before the said goodbye to each other as sunny mother finish buying some stuff and thanking Hyukjae for looking for her daughter which make the brunette nods his head shyly.

Hyukjae wave his hand and smile to her. He walks to his house with a small smile on his lips. Small smile, but a genuine one.

‘’I’ve made up my mind. I will make things right whatever it cost’’ With a tight hold on his strawberry milk, he walk determined toward his house as the sun is setting down from the horizon.

‘Thank you sunny’
