Donghae’s P.O.V

Here am I sitting in the cab heading towards my destination, which is SM Entertainment Company.

An hour ago, I received a text from an unknown number claimed to be In Hwan hyung who asked me to be at the building by 11am.

“Hae, so where’re you now?” Yup, Sungmin hyung is on the line again.

“I’m on my way to SM. Why?”

“Nothing, I was boring so decided to call you.  I guess you’re now both excited and nervous to be Hyukjae’s dancer.”

“Hyung, seriously I’m not his dancer.  In Hwan hyung didn’t even mention about being Hyukjae’s dancer. There’re so many artistes in their company.”

“Okay. Okay. If it’s not Hyukjae, then how about Girls’ Generation? Don’t forget to get their autograph for me. ”

[Oh, great. Now he’s using his aeygo voice again. No one could resist it.]

“Hyung, I’ll call you back later. I need to get going. Byeeee.”

“Bye. Love you.” Hyung gave me a kiss through the phone before hanging up.

Got out from the cab, I looked upwards and I can see the glamorous and modernized building.

As I was busy admiring the building, I didn’t notice someone was waving at me till a fan beside me patted me on my back and told me about it.

“Good morning, Mr Kim.” I bowed towards In Hwan hyung.

“Hyung will do. Come on, you can have a look around.” He gave me a card which was an access card for SM.

“This floor is where all the dance studios situated. As you can see, some of the studios were taken at the moment.” He pointed at a studio where 9 girls were sitting on the floor and drinking lots of energy drinks.

“Girls Generation will be having their comeback soon so they’re practicing day and night.” I followed him into the elevator and now we’re heading to 15^th floor.

“Hyung, shouldn’t I go and greet them just now?”

“Why? You can meet them anytime.”

“Oh, I thought I should go and greet them first as being their new dancer.”

He stared at me for a few seconds and laughed.

“Who gives you the idea of being Girls Generation’s new dancer? You’re Hyukjae’s dancer for his upcoming world tour. Here we are. This entire floor belongs to Hyukjae personally, well including his dancers.”

“WOW. It’s amazing.”

“Yeap. Hyukjae recently shifted to this floor as this is the new headquarters of SMTOWN.”

The first thing that came into my sight was a VERY HUGE family poster of all SMTOWN’s artistes but I guess I would never be part of them.

“This is the dressing room, make-up room, game room……..” In Hwan hyung took his precious time to brief me on the environment.

“Hey In Hwan. Miss work huh? That’s the reason you’re back one day earlier than stated.” A very handsome guy came in and hugged In Hwan hyung.

“So who’s this? Hyukjae’s new dancer?” He realized my presence.

I nodded in reply.

“Hi, I’m Junghoon , Hyukjae’s manager too. He will be here in a minute as he’s busy accepting gifts now.”

“Hello, I’m Donghae.” I shook his hands and all of us waited patiently for the star’s arrival.

“Forgive me for being late.  A little girl was crying and reluctant to let me off.” Hyukjae stepped into the dressing room, looking stunning as always.

Hyukjae’s P.O.V

Junghoon hyung had informed me about the new dancer who’s going to be in SM’s building today too.

I wonder what kind of person he is.

“Hyukjae, this is Donghae, your new dancer for your upcoming tour.” I looked at him and immediately I recognized him.                                                     

“Hey, it’s you, my fan boy.” He blushed at my words.

“You know him?” Both of my managers were eyeing me suspiciously.

“Oh, I saw him in Kona Beans yesterday.  Kyu’s mom introduced him.” My managers nodded.

“Hyungs, does that means Donghae won’t be my dancer anymore after the new world tour?”

Donghae’s eyes showed shock and panic but he didn’t let out a word.

“That depends whether you would still like to recruit him as your personal dancer like others. TVXQ recently recruited Kim Dong Min into their new dancer team.”

“Hmm.” I hummed in reply then I looked at Donghae.

“Don’t worry. My world tour will lasts around a year so there’s still plenty of time to decide on this matter. Come on, we should start with our dance performance.”

2 hours later.

”I think we should stop here. That’s all for today. Your dancing skills are quite good.  What’s your previous workplace? In which studio?” I threw a water bottle towards Donghae which he caught it perfectly.

“Umm, I was working as a teacher in a kindergarten previously but that didn’t work out. You’re lucky, Hyukjae-ssi.” He scratched his head embarrassingly.

“Don’t be so formal as I’m just one year older.  Call me hyung or Hyuk. I prefer Hyuk though. So where’s your cubby friend who’s at Kona Beans too?”

“Cubby friend?  You mean Sungmin hyung? He’s working today but he mentioned about finding a higher pay job recently.”

“Oh. What’s his job interest?”

“Nothing special, he’s working in some café.  However the boss wasn’t so kind.” Donghae pouted which makes him looks cute.

“How about getting a job in Mouse Rabbit?  It’s a new café which is opening soon by Yesung hyung of K.R.Y.”

“Good idea. I’ll ask him tonight. Do you mind giving me your number?”

“Okay.” I miscalled his number while he saved it into his contacts.

We chatted for another hour before Donghae went back home while I carry out my daily schedules.

“Hyung, how’s your new dancer?” I received a call from Kyuhyun.

“How did you know about Donghae?” I’m 150% sure I didn’t mention this matter to him last night.

“MUAHAHA, I got my own ways. So his name is Donghae huh?”  Before I could answer him, he was cut off by Ryeowook.

Finally, someone can quell over Kyu, the evil yet adorable maknae.

“Hyung… Hyung…”

“Yes, Wookie?” Ryeowook kept repeating hyung but he didn’t tell me what he wants.

“How’s Donghae? Is he good? Is he handsome? Is he cute? Is he kind?”

“Wookie, that’s way too much of questions. As conclusion, he looks like a fish.”

“A fish? What kind of fish?”

“I got to go, rehearsal starts in a minute. Call you back later.” I passed my phone over to Junghoon hyung and went over to the stage.
