Hello, everyone!

It's been a while, hasn't it? If you're subscribed to my main series, Roommates, you would know that I've decided to take a break from writing. However, I think I'm ready to make a comeback, although it would be more like gradually easing into it. You might be wondering why I've decided to come out of my hermit-like lifestyle. The primary reason is to get away from responsibles HAHAHA just kidding. I'm currently taking my graduate studies. I'm a science major through and through, and I feel that reading and writing all these technical papers are all the creative juices in me. Writing fanfiction is the only way I can think of regaining my sense of creativity back. Of course, I'm not saying us scientists aren't creative people. It's just...the research I'm doing is very much different from the freedom writing fanfication grants me.

I can't promise you daily updates as I have done before when Roommates was first published, but I do want you to know that I truly, truly wish to produce new material. Right now, my decision to leave Roommates untouched (and unfinished) still remains, so instead, I'll be focusing on the Taste of Tea.

To be honest, I haven't been into kpop lately, much less EXO. I only go back every once in a while when there's a new release. So when it comes to characterization of EXO, it would be how I remember them. Which is like...circa 2012 HAHAHA. Of course, that means Lu Han and Kris and even Tao would still be here, but as this series focuses on the (budding/non-existent/almost platonic/Se Hun's unrequited love/gawd I feel so sorry for you, kid) relationship between Se Hun and Lu Han's roommate, I'll be keeping appearances by other members at a minimal. Of course, this is just to hide the fact that I'm still not sure how to feel about the departure of 3/4 of the Chinese members. hahah /bitter/ 

Anyway, I'm thinking of expanding the themes to include kinds of food. Maybe pastries or biscuits that would go well with tea? Tea would still be at the center of course, but I just want to add a bit of flavor :) If you have any suggestions, I'd be more than happy to write about it :)

Well, that's all for now! I've already thought of what my comeback chapter would be. I hope you look forward to it. If you've been with me since the beginning, I just wanted to give you all a big roung hug and numerous "thank you"s for staying with me all these years.
