You rubbed your eye and sat up. You looked around you too see yourself in a different place. You then remembered Kevin and his call. You looked around, *Don’t tell me, this is Neverland* You thought, *Where is Dongho?* You looked for him and found him looking at a puddle of water

“Oppa,” You ran to him and sat next to him, “Where are we? This isn’t Neverland” you said

Dongho looked at you with worried eyes, the way he looked at you made you nervous, “~~~~~, this is Neverland” He said

Your eyes widened and look around, the trees weren’t that bright anymore and it’s leaves were turning orange. You look down at the grass, it was dry and colorless, “No, it is not Neverland” You said

Dongho shook his head and pointed at the puddle of water, “Right here, there was a big river here before, but now, all is left is this puddle of water” Dongho said

You bit your lip, “This can’t be” You looked up at the sky, it was covered with stormy clouds, *This isn’t the Neverland I used to remember*

You then took out your watch and looked at it, the hands were moving vigorously around, “What?” You tilted your head and tried to figure out what is happening

“Like what I told you,” A voice said behind you, “Neverland is dying”

You turned around to see Kevin, “Kevin oppa”

Kevin smiled, “Don’t you oppa me, you’re a noona now since your older now”

You made a face, “But in the real world, you’re much older”

Kevin laughed

You looked around, “Where are the others?” You asked

“Asleep, they are all tired from using all they have just to open a portal” Kevin said, “c’mon, let’s go” Kevin said as he nodded the way

Dongho and you got up and followed Kevin.

You noticed the trees didn’t look well, the ground was filled with dried leaves and branches that made you trip, luckily, Dongho caught you everytime

“How did this happen? Neverland wasn’t like this” You said

Kevin sighed, “I’ll tell you later, it is almost dark, Neverland is now very dangerous at night”

“How dangerous?” Dongho asked

“So dangerous that we have to build ourselves a house with two layers of walls” Kevin said

“Why?” You asked

“The moment you hear music across Neverland, animals will appear and will try to eat you” Kevin said

“But aren’t the animals here tame?” You asked

“During morning, they are harmless, but at night, they will completely change” Kevin said and opened the door of their house

You looked up at the house they made, it looked more like a fort, rather than a house.

The three of you went in, the inside wasn’t that big, but it did fit everyone.

“It was hard to build this house” Kevin said

“How hard?” Dongho asked

“When the animals started to get crazy at night, we had to assign one member to watch out each night, we take turns to watch over the others, so we decided to build this house before we run out of building materials. It took us 10 days to build this, work every morning and still take turns watching the sleeping members, and due to the limited powers we have, it was a burden” Kevin said

Just then you heard some music sound outside the house, “What was that?” You asked

“that is the music that makes the animals go wild. Look out the window” Kevin said. You and Dongho look and were surprised to see all kind of animals wild and trying to kill each other

You cupped your mouth, “This is terrible!”

Kevin nodded, “Sit down and I’ll tell you what happened”

You and Dongho sat down and began to listen to Kevin

Kevin took a deep breath, “It all started when a group of adult boys named Beast, came in Neverland, they were past 18 already but were still able to come in, I don’t know why. They broke all the rules in Neverland, the over using of powers when they broke the gems. They harassed Snow. And they play this kind of music all night in Neverland and always party just as if it is the end of the world. Now, it really looks like this world will end soon.”

“That’s terrible” You said

Dongho turned his attention to the window again, there was red light there,

Kevin knew what was Dongho looking at, “And now, Neverland has a Midnight Sun”

“Midnight sun?” You asked

“It appeared the night when Beast arrived here, we think that sun is a sign of destruction” Kevin said, “Almost 80 percent of Neverland is a waste land already, 15 percent is dying, and the 5 percent is still Neverland”

“You mean there is still a part of Neverland that is still pure?” You asked

Kevin nodded, “You want to go there tomorrow morning?” He asked

You looked down, “Neverland was always beautiful at night” You sighed

Dongho put his arms on your shoulder, “It’s ok, You’ll get to see the beauty of Neverland again, soon” Dongho said

You nodded
