L.Joe turned around and pulled you into his arms. He hugged you tightly, rubbing you back, trying to calm you down.

“Yooji-ah… it’s okay, it’s okay.”

It was sort of awkward, because his head was in your chest instead of the other way around. But, you didn’t care because he was so comforting to you. You hugged him tighter as your tears flowed again. You two stayed like that for a while. It felt nice. You smiled through your tears. You felt each other’s heartbeats accelerate a mile a minute. In his arms, you felt L.Joe was a man. A man who would protect you no matter what, despite what anyone says, height difference or not.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

When you finally calmed down, L.Joe released you. He looked up at your swollen eyes.

“Do you want me to call the guys and cancel Lotte World?”

“No… it’s fine, I’ll go.”

“Are you sure? You don’t seem very-“

“I’m fine, you already bought the tickets right? It’ll be fun.”

L.Joe left to get his bike. You hopped onto it as he began biking. You linked your arms around his waist, resting your head on his back. He smiled at your skinship.

Thank you L.Joe.

“Yooji noona’s here!” Ricky yelled while waving on his tippy toes.

“DIdn’t I tell you to stop calling me noona?” You gave him a death glare.

“But you look like a noon-“ he quickly covered his mouth and looked to the ground.

“Let me officially introduce you to Teen Top,” L.Joe said.

“This is Changjo, Chunji, C.A.P., Ricky, and Niel!”

“Annyeong-hasayeo,” you bowed a bit.

“Come on Yooji noon-, erm, Yooji-ah! Let’s go! I’ll show you all my favorite rides!” Ricky said pulling you straight inside. You couldn’t help but giggle at his cuteness. This kid is so friendly.

Seeing Ricky grab your hand so intimately, L.Joe started to get a little jealous. “Yah! Wait up! Stop acting like she’s yours!” he said running right after you two.

You guys went on all sorts of rides, rollarcoasters, merry-go-rounds, ones that went backwards, ones that you have to stand on, you named it. You and Ricky went on them all. Every time L.Joe caught up with you two, Ricky kept trying to get away. You had noticed it too and it was funny seeing how frustrated L.Joe got. Haha stupid, why don’t you say you were jealous already? Wait, Yooji, what are you thinking? No he’s just tired not jealous. Yeah that’s it.

Ricky finally got tired out after riding like a ba-gillion rides. He plopped on the nearest bench and looked like he was about to die. L.Joe and the rest of Teen Top eventually caught up and didn’t hesitate to sit down next to him.

“Yah Ricky, stop trying to steal Yooji away,” Chunji said annoyed. He was trying to catch his breath, huffing loudly.

“Yeah Ricky,” L.Joe chimed in.

“it’s my turn to steal her,” Chunji said with a smirk and quickly grabbed your hand, dragging you away running without giving you or anyone else time to protest.

“Owww, that hurts!”

“Sorry haha,” Chunji said laughing. “But the expression on L.Joe’s face was priceless.”

“Huh?” You were dragged away so quickly you didn’t have time to notice him.

“Come on Yooji, tell me you didn’t notice how jealous L.Joe was,” he said with a smirk.

“Jealous…?” So it wasn’t all in your head…

“Did you confess to him yet?” His eyes were full of amusement waiting for your answer.

“What are you talking about?” You said rolling your eyes and heading off to the house of mirrors without noticing it.

“Okay okay I’ll stop talking about L.Joe, sheesh. You know I’m just teasing you right? Your reaction just makes me more suspicious.”

“Crap,” you muttered under your breath. He saw right through you refused to let him and tried to play it cool again.

“Hahaha! You’re so fat,” Chunji said suddenly pointing to a mirror.

The mirror stretched you out so much it was almost believable that you were fat.

“Hahaha look at you head!”

The mirror that Chunji was standing in front of made him look like a bobble head. He started to bop it from side to side in front of the mirror. You couldn’t help but burst into a laughing fit.

Your time with Chunji went like that for a while poking fun at each other at the outrageous images you saw. You finally stopped laughing when you came to a particular mirror. It was a mirror that made you look shorter than your actual height. You stood there staring in awe t your reflection. This short girl… It wasn’t you, but you wished so bad it was. Things would have been much easier for you if you were actually short. The taunts and the name calling would stop. Maybe a boy would even notice you. All of these thoughts started to hit you all at once. You began to tear up at your reflection.

Chunji began to notice your change of mood. He wrapped his arms around you. It was sudden and you hadn’t expected this at all but to was hard to pull away from something that you really needed. His hug was comforting, a different comfort from L.Joe. He was a few inches taller than you so it made it a lot easier for you to hug him. You didn’t hesitate to link your arms around his back which surprised him seeing how such an ice princess could melt like this.

L.Joe and the others finally arrived in the house of mirrors. He and Teen Top began to walk through and finally found you and Chunji , embracing. You spotted L.Joe who had a shocked face on.

“Yooji…”

“L.Joe!” you exclaimed, pushing Chunji off. “Uhm…” You began wiping your tears away.

“Hey, you found us,” Chunji said casually.

Without hesitating, L.Joe grabbed your hands and began to drag you out from the House of Mirrors. You didn’t protest. L.Joe had an unreadable expression on his face, so it was very hard to tell if he was angry or not. Finally you broke the silence.

“L.Joe, where are we going?”

He didn’t respond. You two kept walking until you reached a game booth.

“Omo!” You gasped in shock.

To your surprise, the prizes that lined the game booth nearly made your eyes pop out of their sockets. There, hanging on the wall was a single pig-bunny, and it was huge. It was probably the size of L.Joe, maybe smaller, but still it was huge. You smiled and clapped your hands giddily staring at L.Joe. He smiled back at you and knew what you wanted.

“Ajusshi, how can I get that pig-bunny?”

“You get one ball, knock down all of those six cups.”

“Okay, sounds simple enough, give me one please.”

L.Joe chucked the ball as hard as he could but tragically missed.

“Aishh!” He exclaimed.

“Yah, grumpy gerbil, calm down. Let me try.”

“No!”

“Why not?”

“Because I destroyed your pig-bunny. Can’t you see I’m trying to take responsibility?”

“Alright…” You said blushing a bit. Aww…

After about 20 balls, L.Joe still couldn’t make it and you were getting impatient.

“LEE BYUNGHUN! LET ME TRY!”

“NO! I GOT THIS.”

Aishh why is he so stubborn.

After about 10 more shots, L.Joe finally made it. The ball knocked against the middle of the cups, sending them all toppling down.

“ASSA!” He exclaimed. The ajusshi shook his head and gave him the pig-bunny. The pig-bunny nearly took up his whole body and he struggled to hold it in front of him.

“Do you need help?” You said, trying to hold back your laughs.

“No I got it!”

You were so excited and happy that you squealed at the sight of it. You ran up to the pig-bunny that L.Joe was holding and gave it a bear hug with those long arms of yours. Losing your balance, you began to fall forward, pushing L.Joe down as well. L.Joe pushed off the pig-bunny leaving him stunned as he sees you lying on top of him, your bodies connecting.

“Wow these two really need to get a room,” said a voice. It was Chunji who came into view along with Teen Top.
