A promise
The erted Ghost in the Apartment"Yumi," Suho starts at dinner in Eun Mi's apartment that sunday.
"Yeah?" Looking up from her bowl of bibim myun, she blinks at her brother sleepily.
"Are you alright? You've been acting really weird since I arrived yesterday."
"Huh?" She drops her chopsticks then looks at his brother curiously. "What do you mean?"
"I don't know. I thought you missed me but instead you lock yourself in your room. Is there something wrong?"
"N-nothing." She denies, picking the chopsticks again then continues her meal. Suho looks at him suspiciously but Eun Mi fakely ignores him, and Suho knows it.
"I've known you for too long Yumi."
Eun Mi just keeps silent. She also knows how his brother would do if she'll tell him about Chanyeol. Suho's been so protective to her since when they were still kids, especially when their parents died from an accident. So, she decided not to tell him anything.
"Just don't forget that I am here, okay? I am your brother, so, you should tell me everything."
SHOOT! "Since when did you turned into a dramatic brother?" Eun Mi chuckles, making Suho pinch her nose. "Ow!"
"Promise me you won't have a boyfriend without telling me first." Suho says seriously.
"Of course! I promise. I'll always ring your phone if you want, just to let you know every single thing i'll do." She says with a beaming smile on her face though her eyes look really sleepy.
"Come here." Suho commands, standing up from his seat. Eun Mi does what she was told, then Suho hugs him tightly. "I'm so sorry. My work is just so full of unexpected things."
Eun Mi smiles. "Everything's fine for me. Just give your best to what you're supposed to do."
"I am so thankful to have a derp sister like you." He laughs.
"I'm not a derp." She growls jokingly, patting his brother's head. "You should go now. It's getting late."
"Sure then. I'll call you when I can come here again."
