We were walking on the hallway. There was an awkward silence between us.  I noticed that Onew is really different when he is in school. He becomes more serious and he just often smiles.

“Onew is someth---“ I tried to ask him but Yung In came

“Annie-ah!” Then Yung In hugged me

Onew looked away and approached his friend, L.

“Omo! You went here with Onew?” She asked

“Ne”

“Is there something going on between you two?”

“Nothing—we’re neighbors and friends that’s all”

“Oh I see”

Seems like Yung In and I became really close. She’s beautiful and rich. I wonder why he’s attending night classes

“Yung In-ah, why do you attend night classes?”

“Cause I need to work at our company in the morning. My dad said that I just have a home study but it’s more fun when you have classmates”

“True!”

ONEW’S POV

We arrived at school on time. There was an awkward silence between us. I didn’t speak after I answered her. It was just so hard to think that this happy, cute and beautiful girl is who I am talking about and she’s not even aware of it because she don’t remember a single bit about me.

“Onew is someth---“

I looked at her then her noisy friend came and hugged her. I looked away and went to L’s direction

“So?” L asked

“WHAT?!?”

“Who is she?”

“Didn’t you hear? She’s my neighbor and my friend THAT’S ALL. You’re a vampire you should hear those things. We have good hearing senses you know”

“So then, why do you sound so angry?”

“Angry?  No I’m not”

“Who are you kidding? Me?”

“What are you talking about?”

“She’s that girl right?”

“Mwo?”

“Let me say it...LIKE THIS?”

“What do you know?”

“Let me think…EVERYTHING. I can read you easily Onew”

I didn’t answer him. Instead I just went to my seat and read a book.
