ANNIE’S POV

That night… the night I met him but I have no idea how he will be connected to my life. He lends me his jacket. I felt comfortable with him. I never thought he’s gonna be my boyfriendn 

I’m resting my head on his chest. I love to hear how he breathes. How his chest moves up and down. I wrapped my hands on his tummy and he wrapped his on my waist.

“are you asleep?”

“No”

“Onew~”

“yes?”

“ Can you sing me a lullaby?”

“what?”

“Sing”

“Okay...but I cant promise you this will be good”

Then he started to hum an unfamiliar music but it sounded so great that sent my eyes to close. I slowly shut them but I’m completely aware of what’s happening around. He’s still humming caressing my face, tucking my hair behind my ear.

“rest~ you need it” Those were the last words I heard

I opened my eyes and looked at the clock on the nightstand. Its almost 3 o’clock in the morning. Onew wasn’t by my side. He was reading a book on his couch with a coffee on his hand. He sips and he turns the pages

His eyes were completely glowing in the dark, it was bright. Its not the color of blood anymore, It’s gray… I sat down and looked at him

“You’re early”

“Why aren’t you sleeping?”

“I’m not sleeping at this time..we usually just stay awake”

“Oh I forgot”

“Just go back to sleep”

“Only if you come back here beside me”

“Why? Is there something wrong?” he asked. Concerned if something is bothering me

“Nothing, I just wanted to sleep by your side. I always feel protected when you do”
