Scratching the back of his head, Key sighs, opening his eyes to the bright lights shining through the open window. He stretches out for a moment before realizing where he is and he sits up with a start. Rubbing his eyes, he looks around, not seeing Taemin anywhere. His suitcase is open on the floor by the dresser, a sweatshirt he wore yesterday discarded near the door. Key moves quickly, fighting the urge to go back to bed. In the hall, he looks both ways and hurries to Minho's door to knock with an iron fist, not caring about waking anyone. Minho moves to the door with quick strides.

"Yes?" he says, his chest completely bare.

"Have you seen Taemin?" Key asks, his voice cracking a little.

Minho shakes his head, his eyes going wide with urgency. "Did you ask the others? Maybe he went with one of them."

"Where?"

"I don't know. He could have changed beds, you know as well as i do that he does that alot."

Key nods and walks down the hall, Minho following. Onew walks out of his room right then, seeing them. He smiles.

"Hello." He nods politely.

"Have you seen Taemin?" Key says without greeting the leader. "He wasn't with me when i woke up."

Onew's eyes grow big with surprise. "Neither of you have seen him yet this morning?"

Minho and Key shake their heads.

"Well, what about Jonghyun?" Onew coughs into his shoulder, not used to talking this much in the morning. "Have you gone to his room?"

The two shake their heads again and Onew moves, going to knock on his door, Minho and Key behind him. There is no answer. Onew looks at the two behind him and motions for them to follow him down the stairs. Taemin is not down here, Onew realizes, trying to search for Jonghyun next, not finding him either. 

"I don't see either of them," Key says, his heart beating fast in his chest.

"Maybe they went out?" Minho suggests, getting a hope filled look form Key. "Did you check your phone?"

Onew nods. "Nothing."

Taemin laughs, an adorable sound that makes Jonghyun choke up his orange juice. Taemin laughs harder because of his action, handing him a napkin. 

"Thank you," he says, wiping his mouth. Taemin came into his room late last night, saying that he couldn't sleep, that he didn't want to sleep, so Jonghyun got up and took him out for a couple hours. Jonghyun takes out his phone to see the time: 6:13. There is no way any of them are awake yet, so why call them and wake them up? Jonghyun tucks his phone away in his jacket and gently taps on the bar. A small lady with dyed blond hair walks over with a bright smile.

"Would you like anything else, sir?" she asks, batting her large eyes that are the color of honey, almost unreal.

"Yes. My friend here would like more waffles, please."

Taemin looks at him. "Why did you say that?"

"We have a long rehearsal today and you eat the most out of all of us, so let's get you full now to last longer."

Taemin sighs and rests his head in his left hand, his elbow already on the bar.

"You had Minho and Onew really worried last night, kid. You know that?"

Taemin shrugs.

"What was wrong?" he asks, leaning in a little, touching his knee with Taemin's.

"Nothing. I'm okay." He shrugs again. "You are right, i am still hungry," he says, changing the subject, not wanting to talk about anything bothering him. Not here, not now, not ever.

"Call him," Onew demands and Minho takes out his phone to dial Jonghyun's number. Putting the phone to his ear, he waits until Jonghyun answers.

"You're awake?" he asks, laughing.

"Where are you?" Minho says, trying to keep his calm.

"Out at a little diner down the street. Taemin was hungry so we cam here."

Minho hears a strange sound in the background. He clears his throat and says goodbye, telling him that he has to shower. Onew blinks, motioning Minho to tell him what happened and where they were.

Minho says, "Jonghyun and Taemin are at the diner. They are okay."
