Weeks passed by in a blink.

You’re attending school like normal although you have to admit you disliked how the students treated Daehyun.

You didn’t know why Daehyun would just let the students bully him.

 

‘Daehyun ah, Yongguk oppa asked if they could come over to your house tonight.’

Daehyun glared at you.

You didn’t know why he would look angry whenever you mention his friends.

 

Daehyun looked away.

 ‘Why are you always angry whenever i mention your friends? Do you not like them?’

You poked him arm.

As he didn’t reply you, you decided to poke him harder.

 

‘Aishh. Does Yongguk hyung not have a mouth to ask me himself?’

Daehyun said totally ignoring you.

 

‘Yah. Daehyun. You didn’t answer my question and i saw him on the way to my locker so i thought i could just pass the message.’

 

Daehyun shrugged.

*I like my friends. I just dislike that you always call them ‘oppas’ and being that friendly towards Zelo and Jongup.*

 

You gave up and sigh knowing that you will not get an answer from him soon.

‘Well, i told them that they could come over since your parents are away in Japan for a week.’

Daehyun  glared at you again.

 

‘What? Stop glaring at me Jung Daehyun.’

This time you glared back at him which he slightly flinched when he saw your eyes narrowing into slits like a cat’s.

‘You can’t win me in a glaring contest, Jung Daehyun.’ You smiled triumphantly.

 

‘That’s because you have scary looking eyes.’ Daehyun muttered softly but loud enough for you to hear.

 

‘Yah!’ You hit him lightly on his shoulder.

As a result, Daehyun kicked your leg lightly and motioned to walk faster.

You clicked you tongue at him.

That night, the doorbell rang as you and Daehyun went to open the door.

You were greeted by Himchan putting an arm around your shoulders.

‘Hi baby! Did you miss oppa?’ He teased.

 

You just giggled making Daehyun send a few glares at you and Himchan.

 

‘I brought soju!’ Yongguk yelled and held up two bottles of soju.

‘I brought movies!’ Youngjae patted his satchel as Jongup held up a large paperbag that is filled with snacks.

 

‘Let’s party tonight!’ Zelo shouted in excitement and pushed his way through and jumped on to the couch, laying there.

Daehyun looked at his friends in bafflement. *What are these guys doing?*

 

You on the other had was just feeling happy that the house is much merrier with them around.

‘Yah yah yah.. What are you guys doing here?’

Daehyun finally asked, still staying rooted at the door as the others shuffle into the living room.

 

‘To party, hyung. Didn’t i just mention that?’

Zelo replied casually as the dug about in the snack bag.

 

‘Did you forget that tomorrow is the start of summer break?’

Yongguk said, getting glasses from the kitchen as if it were his own house.

 

‘T-that didn’t give you the authority to hold a party at my house.’

Daehyun narrowed his eyebrows, showing that he is annoyed.

 

‘C’mon don’t be a party pooper, Dae.’

Himchan patted his back with his other arm still around your shoulder.

Seeing that, Daehyun slapped his arm and pulled you away from Himchan.

 

‘Go home, all of you.’

 

Youngjae and Jongup looked at Daehyun with their mouth hanging open.

 Zelo started whining. ‘Aww, don’t be like that hyung...’

 

‘Go home i said.’ Daehyun’s said in an angry tone.

 

‘D-daehyun..’ You whispered at him.

‘Please let them have a .. party here.’ You pleaded.

‘Please? I haven’ t been to one since i don’t even know how long ago.’

You pouted as you look at Daehyun.

 

Daehyun looked at  your with his eyebrows furrowed but seeing you pout, he began to give in.

He let out a sigh.

 

‘All right. As long as you, Kim Himchan, stay away from ~~~~~

and the rest of you don’t mess up my house. Got it?’

Daehyun sighed.

 

The maknaes clapped as Youngjae started fixing a movie to watch.

The rest of them making themselves comfortable at the living room.

 

‘Thank you Daehyun!’

You hugged him lightly and ran to squeeze beside Yongguk and Zelo but

Zelo was soon pushed away to be replaced by Himchan by your side.

Daehyun saw you smile and couldn’t help but smile himself too.
