They all went to Minhyuk’s family restaurant. It is closed for the said party. The staff, some agency personel, and some close

friends are invited. There was a table designated for everyone. The family members, close celeb friends who came, staff, fnc

management and their table. JYJ with CNBLUE, Ji eun, Seo hyun, So Min, Jae min and hyun joong. Every table is having a good time

chatting, but their’s total awkwardness. “uhmm, hyun joong hyung, how’s the concert?” yonghwa initiated the chat. “as usual it is

superb. Better than the last one when you’re in japan.” Hyun joong replied. “ah right you were there.” Yonghwa laughingly replied.

“oh hyun joong hyung, we haven’t formally introduce JYJ sunbaenim” minhyuk uttered. Getting the attention of So Min who’s sitting

there blankly.

“this is Kim Jae Joong, Park Yoochun and Kim Jun Su. JYJ hyungs, this is Kim Hyun Joong, our official photographer in Japan”

minhyuk introduced them. Kim hyun joong stands up to give hand shake to each of them, JYJ mimic him. He first shook junsu’s, and

then yoochun’s and he save jae joong for last. “nice to meet you kim jae joong” then they sat in silence. “mommy, what is that?” jae

min suddenly blurted calming the awkwardness. “That’s squid princess.” So min replied. “ooohhh, can I try?” jae min asked looking

oh so cute making an angel pose. “no, remember you ate that last time and your face bloated like this big?” so min explain gesturing

how big jae min’s face that time.

Jae joong POV

“oh! Hyung, she’s allergic to squid too. Just like you.” Junsu whispered to me who’s still listening and watching everything. From the

moment I knew who that guy was I became I don’t know somewhat like irritated. “hyung, are you okay? You’ve been quiet since we

left the concert hall.” Yoochun asked. “I’m fine.” I simply replied. the way hyun joong talks to so min and jae min it bugs me. Is it

that I’m jealous? “jae hyung, I’ve been reading a script, the director told me that you also has been offered to star in it, are you

going to accept it?” jungshin asked me so I looked at him tired to relax my expression. “oh yeah, I heard you will be in it too. Well

the story is interesting; I might consider it as my comeback drama.” I replied. “sweet! If you accept then me too.” Jungshin

blurted. I give him thumbs up.

So Min POV

“why is he here?” hyun joong whispered to me. I looked at him and seeing the facial expression registering I know he doesn’t like

the idea. “Jungshin invited them, they are friends.” I replied. I know he will be like this if he saw jae joong. He knows the “secret”

but he doesn’t know the real story behind the so called secret. “hey you two! Can you save it up for later? This is our after party.”

Jungshin uttered followed by a chuckle.  I glared at him furiously and he shuts up. “hey bro, congratulations again!” hyun joong oppa

puts his arm around my shoulder. I was shock with his sudden action. He is never like this before. I saw him glance at jae joong’s

direction. I can’t help but to look at him, his expression is blank but he slightly let out a smirk.

The dinner went on like that, small chit chats, laughter and constant jokes with each other but so min is a bit pre occupied at the

moment. She still can’t move on with the song CNBLUE covered. Sure she heard it from way back it is released. It hurt her but

hearing it, with him singing a long it hurts her more. When its time to go, hyun joong carried the sleeping Jae min. “hyung, thank you

for coming tonight. You really made it extra special” yonghwa towards JYJ. “it is nothing, thank you for the cover. You made it your

own.” Jae joong replied and offered a hand shake. “we will go ahead. Have an early call tomorrow, see you guys around” yoochun said

and he wave at so min. so min bowed to them.

Jae joong POV

“hyung, is it me or is it that Kim hyun joong is so irritating. Come on he’ s like so arrogant…” junsu rant. I chuckled sarcasticly It’s

not only me who find that guy irritating. “yeah hyung, the way he shook your hand earlier, that stare what’s with that. Is it possible

that so min told him about you two?” yoochun but in. possible. But knowing So Min it’s the least she will do, telling her past

relationship. Not that she had any besides me. “hyung, isn’t it weird that you and jae min got the same allergies. Hahahaha! Come to

think of it, she resembles you.” Junsu blurted out the blue. My eyes shot to him. “what?” he asked me cluelessly. I blinked,

“nothing” I replied. “tsk, nothing” I heard yoochun scoff. I turn to him. “hyung, we will take about this after we drop off Mr.

clueless here” yoochun uttered. We both look at junsu who’s busy playing fruit ninja on his tab.

After junsu has been drop off, yoochun and jae joong went straight to jae joong’s apartment. “what is it?” jae joong asked didn’t

bother to sit on the couch. Yoochun walk towards the single sofa and sit comfortably. “hyung, you don’t get it do you?” yoochun

blurted with a smirk. “just cut to the chase chun” jae joong frustratedly uttered sitting on the opposite sofa. “okay, its just a

theory but I need you to be honest with me.” Yoochun asked with a serious face now. “did so min and you had an intimate

relationship before?” yoochun asked the seriousness still intact. Jae pushed his back on the sofa and rested his head. He sigh

before answering. “yes, before we go to US.. we did it” jae calmly replied.

“bingo!” yoochun yelled making jaejoong sit straight. “what? Are you implying that Jae Min is my daughter? Because it makes no

sense. Hyun joong is the dad.” Jae joong reasoned. Yoochun grunt and stands up. He now walks from left to right in front of the

confuse jae joong. “hyung, I told you this is a theory. Counting on the years that passed by, it does makes sense. First, in all ice

cream store in seoul why would jungshin brought jae min in mine, given my ice cream are super good. second, he invited us to the

concert knowing you and so min had an unclosed issues.  third, so min’s awkwardness whenever she see you near jae min. oh, fourth,

Jae – Min? Jae joong and So Min. fifth, what’s the fifth,…. I don’t know if you feel this but I find it a bit strange but the way so

min’s parents look at you whenever you’re near or with jae min, it’s genuinely heartfelt. And sixth, doesn’t it occur to you, they all

look suspicious. Like they are trying to keep a secret.

Jae joong POV

“yoochun, since when did you become a prosecutor? Seriously, the movies you’re watching get in that imaginative brain of yours.” I

uttered. He rolled his eyes and slump his body on the sofa. “aigoo hyung, the first time I saw the kid, I saw you! She got your nose

and your lips. And now I got another one that you and jae min got, both of you are allergic to squid. What are the odds” he blurted

with hand gestures all over the place. Looking at him unknowingly making that funny facial expressions I laugh out of context.

“laughing ay? Fine don’t believe me, but I trust my instincts, I’ll stand by on what I observed.” He said crossing his arms over his

chest.

After that talk with yoochun I became uneasy. All the theories he enumerated got me puzzled, I toss and turn on my bed, I can’t

sleep. True that the awkwardness between be and so min should be there, I mean she left without saying a word. She’s probably

guilty on what she has done. Jae Min, sure the kid amuse me so much, whenever I saw her, I became relaxed, happy but I’m fond

with kids, I got nephews and niece with my sisters, I’ve always liked kids. Her name? it bugs me too, but what are the odds name

is just a name. the allergy, sure it is undoubtedly surprising. Coincidencial. I turn on the other side again tried hard to block the

thoughts yoochun made me think of.

Then I remember so min’s reaction when CNLBUE sang the cover of Empty, though she is smiling and clapping, I sense a bit of

sadness, hurt. Sure I wrote that song for her. After she left I find myself writing those words to express my feelings. I was

hurt, deeply hurt. When she walks out the concert hall, I saw her tearing up. She probably absorbs the meaning of the song.

Knowing her, she values the song. Only this time the song is made for her. I sigh and stand up. I can’t take it anymore. All this

thinking is making my head heavy. I decided to go to my work station. I faced the book shelves on the right corner. I browse the

titles, “some of this, I haven’t read yet” I mumbled. A title caught my interest.

“this one should be fine” I pulled it and turned to walk away *thud* something fell. The book beside the title I took fell from the

shelf “I will wait for you…. FOREVER” the book’s title. Reading the title gave chills on my spine. “wait” and “forever” have been

such big words for me. I pick it up to put it back on its place, when something fell from the pages. A white folded paper. My brows

arched, “did I put something in here before?” I placed the book back on the shelf and kneeled down to pick up the white folded

paper. I sat on the nearest available chair. I’m curious about what it is.

hehehe.. does the story became so dramatic, sorry, I'm just following my state right now. I guess I'm a bit emotional this past

few days so the story line became like this. I will try to make it a bit lighter on the next chapters.

the story is far from ending... so many obstacles to be passed by on.
