Maddi’s POV

So, it’s just Yoorin and I walking alone, or so we think.

“Hey Maddi, do you get the feeling that something is following us?” Yoorin asked

“Took the words right out of my mouth” I said while looking behind us. All I see is a few puppies that look lost. I took the liberty to talk to the little guys.

“Hey are you guys lost?” I asked them

“Well, we don’t have a home, so how would we be lost” one of the puppies replied

I thought it over for a moment, “Hey Yoorin, do you want a puppy?”

“Why?” she replied throwing me a questioning look

“These guys don’t have a home, and I was wondering…” I was trying my best to convince Yoorin to take one of these guys home

“Ok, but how did you know that the puppies don’t have a home?”

“I can talk to animals” I replied smiling

“Like Dr. Doolittle” she stated bluntly taking a puppy in her arms

“Don’t mind her, she’ll warm up to you in no time” I told the puppy in her arms

“Don’t worry about it, at least I will have a home now” the little puppy replied cutely

When we got to my house, we parted ways, but we will see each other again so no big deal. I went to my room after entering the front door. The house was pretty quiet for a while, but then somebody knocked on the door.

“Oh, what a fine young man~ May I ask what you name is?” I heard my umma say. I got curious and went downstairs, turns out it was the guy that stole my first kiss.

“My name is Bang Cheol Yong, but call me Mir” he said with a smile on his face

“Oh, where are my manners, come in! Come in!” my umma is weird

“Why are you here?” I asked him under my breath

“Because you’re so pretty” he said with a smirk. If he makes money making people blush, he would be a millionaire right now.

Yoorin’s POV

Hmm… I never knew Maddi can talk to animals, I bet that will come in handy. Oh well, this puppy is pretty cute though. Then I noticed someone walking behind me…

“What do you want, Jonghyun?” I asked with out turning around

“How did you know it was me?” he asked pretty stunned that I knew it was him following me

“I guess I’m just pimp like that” I said… Oh crap, I’m starting to sound like Tessa -___-

“That’s good to know” he glanced at me while saying that, “Do you want to know-“

“Why you were following me? Sure why not” I cut him off, “Alright, I’ll play along, Why were you following me?”

“You just seem like an interesting character,” I was about to compliment him until, “who’s obsessed with cleaning products”

That hurt, “Whatever, everybody has something special about them”

“You’re right there” he said smiling while looking up at the sky

We were just walking in silence the rest of the way home. Jonghyun’s a good guy, I guess. Sigh, another night alone… at least I have this puppy now. It needs a name though...

"How would you like to be called, Vanilla?" the little puppy was jumping up and down, so I guess it liked the name. "Glad you like it, good night"

At least I'm not alone... for now
