His coughing was now worse than this morning. He was breathing hard, and he felt his throat tightening so much. Sakura had his hands on his knees. He coughed even more. He looked up and noticed that he had miles more to go before reaching home.

It was his way of fooling himself so that his body would listen to him and made the coughing stop. He felt something on his lips and Sakura quickly wiped it away. He saw thick red blood. His chest tightened at the sight. Now, he regretted on leaving his medicine at home. With so much effort, he started walking again. No matter what, he needs to go home. His head started feeling dizzy suddenly.

His vision became blurry. He tried shaking it off. He coughed violently again. His body felt light, and he felt his legs become weaker. Slowly, he loses control. Sakura fell forward but to her surprise, someone had caught him on time. He slowly looked up and couldn’t help but smile.

Sakura slowly regained consciousness. Fluttering his eyes open, he saw the face that always saved him just like today.
