Third Girl - The Quiet One ^-^
Idols Make Them Good Girls Go Bad (APPLY CLOSED)I think you guys get it by now.... forward - this..... ya you get it.
'I'm late! I'm sooooo late!' Runa thought to herself as she ran down the bending hallways. People standing on the sides glanced sideways at her as she sped past them and toward the auditorium. 'Why did the freaking stairs have to be blocked off!!!' she shouted mentally. Taking the elevator was out of the question and the stupid janitors had blocked off the stairs. She would've just gone under the tape, but the floor glistened with an obvious coating of water. She had taken forever trying to find another way up to the second floor auditorium, but there didn't seem to be one. Luckily, the stairs were cleared reasonably quickly. At least, fast enough for anyone not already late for their graduation. 'When I get home that sandsack is going to get a beating!'
She calmed down at the thought of punching the bag and made sure that her face showed no signs of her frustration before opening the door to the crowded auditorium and stepping in. No one seemed to notice. There was some excitement on the stage, but all Runa could see was some girl in a white robe taking silently to the principal. Then she realized, 'That's Ally!' she almost said out loud. She quietly tip toes closer to find the reason for the group of parents' fascination with the scene.
As she tiptoed closer, the principal cleared his throat and called out Ally's name. She stood up proud and went to get her diploma. Whatever had happened, it was over now.
Runa found her seat in the crowd and waited patiently. She clapped half-heartedly for the students as they were called up to receive their honors. She was really waiting for her big moment. The anticipation almost got the better of her, but she put it down and remained quiet and calm. Then it finally came, the time when her row stood up and walked single-file to the stairs leading up to the huge stage that held the promises to their futures.
Runa couldn't help but smile as she stood in line waiting for her name to be called. When she reached the front of the line there was a minor pause in the principal's constant flow of names. "And this is our very special student this evening, Miss Park Runa, our graduating class' valedictorian!" he said with more emphasis and enthusiasm than he had used when saying the other students' names.
Runa walked up to the podium without glancing out at the audience. She didn't try and look for her family. She knew that they wouldn't be there. Suddenly new rap lyrics began to push their way into her head, but she pushed them backwards knowing that this was not the time. She took her diploma and wordlessly mouthed a thank you as she shook the principal's hand.
As she exited the stage and began walking back to her seat, the congratulations of the people around her went unanswered. She didn't know what to say to them, so she simply walked past. She knew it was rude, but what else could she do? By the time she reached her seat, the next row of students had begun their trek to the stage and the only eyes on her were Ally's and Mimi's as they silently congratulated her.
