Krystal’s POV

It’s been days since we’ve started filming and it’s going well so far. Today and tomorrow will be like a break for us since they will be filming the flashback of the story, which means only the child actors are filming for two days. Even though I have two days break, I decided not to get too far from the place.

 

It’s already noon and I’m heading to my last destination for the day. I went to Suncheon bay to watch the sunset. While I was busy checking the pictures I took a while ago, someone covered my eyes.

 

“Guess who?” the person said

 

“Jongin?” I guessed

 

I immediately think of him because he knows that I’m filming in Suncheon right now and he’s from here. He must’ve seen the pictures I uploaded a while ago so he came here to surprise me.

 

“Majayo” he takes his hands off my eyes

 

I turned around and hugged him tightly.

 

“Bogoshipeoseo” I confessed

 

“Nado bogoshipeseo” he rested his chin on my shoulders

 

We let go and stare at each other. He suddenly pecked my lips which took me by surprise.

 

“What was that for?” I touched my lips

 

“A peck for my hardworking girlfriend” he turned my body and back hugged me

 

“Why? do you want more?” he continued

 

I turned around and slapped his shoulders

 

“Byuntae”

 

I turned again to watch the sunset and took his hands to my waist. He rested his chin on my shoulders and we watched the sunset together.

 

Some time passed and it's already night. Jongin asked me out for a dinner and I agreed. He took me to a restaurant and I can already smell the food from outside.

 

“We’re here” he offered me a seat and he started ordering for us

 

“What did you order?” I asked when he was done ordering

 

“I ordered the dishes I like here. Is it okay?”

 

“Of course, I’m also curious about what you like here”

 

We talked about many things until our orders arrived.

 

“The garlic chicken taste so great here, Jung-ah” he said

 

I tasted the chicken he was talking about and it’s the best chicken I have ever tasted. I should eat here if I have a break.

 

“Should we go on our first date tomorrow?” he asked

 

“Sure, let’s spend time together tomorrow” I replied

 

We’re deciding on what we will do tomorrow, but Sica unnie suddenly called.

 

“Yeoboseyo?”

 

“Soojung-ah, are you free tomorrow?” she asked

 

“Tomorrow?”

 

“mian, I have a date tomorrow, unnie” I answered

 

“Date? with your boyfriend? did your boyfriend visit you?”

 

“Jongin is from Suncheon, unnie. And we’re going on a date tomorrow” I replied

 

“Ahhh”

 

“Why? what’s the occasion tomorrow, unnie?” I asked her

 

“Don’t worry, the Kwons are just inviting us for dinner tomorrow” she responded

 

“Chairman Kwon invited us for dinner? too bad, I can’t be there. I should’ve been able to meet Yuri-ssi there” I teased unnie

 

She told me everything about what happened to her and Yuri in coffee and how Tiffany is friends with her.

 

“It’s okay. And why would you want to meet Yuri?” she confusedly asked

 

“The happenings whenever you encounter each other is just so interesting. You may not know, you two will be enemies turned lovers”

 

“…..”

 

“Besides…you’re not straight”

 

“………….”

 

After a long silence, I laughed and replied

 

“I’m just kidding, unnie. Who’s coming tomorrow, by the way?” I asked her

 

“Siwon oppa, Jaehyunie and Ella”

 

“I need to go, Soojung-ah. Good luck on your date tomorrow”

 

“Thank you, unnie. Bye”

 

“Bye” she hung up

 

After she hung up, I and Kai started talking again. When it’s time for us to go back, he dropped me off at the place I am staying. We said goodbyes to each other and ended our day there.

 

 

Meanwhile, at the Choi Mansion

 

Siwon, Jessica, Jaehyun, and Ella started talking about the dinner tomorrow.

 

“Unnie, why did the Kwons invite us for dinner? and why did you ask Soojung unnie why she wanted to meet the Yuri girl on the phone earlier?” Ella asked while laying her head on Jessica’s lap

 

“And who’s Yuri?” she continued

 

“I think they want to ask us about grandpa. And about the girl we mentioned on the phone earlier, Yuri is Chairman Kwon’s only daughter” Jessica played with Ella’s hair

 

“If they’re coming just to ask us about grandpa, they should’ve visited the hospital and not here” Siwon scoffed

 

“Oppa, can you change the way you talk? it sounds rude” Jessica warned Siwon

 

“Why? what’s wrong with my attitude? I’m just saying that they should’ve visited the hospital and not here. They know we’re always busy, so why bother scheduling a dinner” Siwon annoyingly answered

 

“I’m ALSO just saying that you should change the way to talk, I did not say change your attitude” she made sure to emphasize the word also

 

Just then, Jaehyun interrupted them

 

“Ella-yah, do you know that one of Chairman Kwon’s sons is my buddy in America?” Jaehyun said

 

“Noona, do you remember Eunwoo?” he asked his noona

 

“Eunwoo? that friend of yours in America?”

 

Jaehyun nodded

 

“What about him?” Jessica asked

 

“Eunwoo is the youngest child of Chairman Kwon, so he will also come tomorrow” Jaehyun answered

 

“Oh really? I didn’t know that. You should invite Mingyu and Jungkook next time too.” Jessica convinced Jaehyun

 

“Ne, I will, noona” Jaehyun smiled

 

“Okay, enough with the talk, and let's all sleep. We still have schedules to do tomorrow before the dinner” Siwon told the three of them

 

“Haven’t decided yet what I’m gonna do in the industry” Jaehyun said

 

“I don’t have a schedule tomorrow’ Ella responded

 

“I need to sign some papers tomorrow” Jessica answered

 

“Yeah whatever, good night” Siwon bids good night and went to bed

 

Only Jessica, Jaehyun, and Ella are awake in the living room

 

“Unnie, since I and oppa don’t have anything to do tomorrow, can we go with you?” Ella asked

 

“Sure, since I’m free all noon tomorrow, I can finally have time with my Ella,” Jessica said and laughed with Ella

 

“Are you going too?” Jessica asked Jaehyun while hugging Ella

 

“Of course, I wanna have time with noona too” Jaehyun joined the hug

 

Jessica brought her paperwork from her fashion brand building to Lohas building, so bringing Jaehyun and Ella with her tomorrow will be okay. Plus Ella and Jaehyun haven’t gone to the company yet ever since they came back because Ella has been busy with modeling and Jaehyun was busy catching up with his friends.

 

They broke the hug and Jessica bid them good night “Go to sleep now, guys. We will surely have fun tomorrow. Good night”

 

“Good night, noona/unnie” Jaehyun and Ella said

 

Jessica finally went to her room, she washed up first before going to bed. After laying down, she keeps thinking if she will have the same nightmares again tonight. Her nightmares are daily now and it worsens every day, so she has trouble sleeping at night these days.

 

Suddenly someone knocked on her door. She got surprised and started thinking about the boy in her nightmares

 

“Who is it?” she asked

 

“It’s me, unnie” the person slightly opened the door

 

She felt relieved to see Ella in the door and sat up

 

“Is there something that you need, Ella?” Jessica questioned Ella while inviting Ella to sit beside her

 

“I suddenly don’t want to sleep alone tonight, unnie. Can I sleep with you?” she favors Jessica

 

“Of course, you can” she tapped the space beside her and told Ella to come and they finally went to sleep.

 

In the middle of the night, Jessica is having her nightmares again. She forced herself to wake up and when she did, she looked beside her and did not see Ella.

 

“Ella?” she called out

 

Ella suddenly stormed out of the bathroom

 

“I just went to the bathroom, unnie” she answered

 

“Ohh okay, let’s go back to sleep now”

 

She hugged Ella to sleep and Jessica had the rest of her night peaceful that time.

 

 

In the morning

 

Jessica woke up early and surprisingly after she went to bed hugging Ella, she didn’t have nightmares for the rest of the night. Is it because someone is there to accompany her?

 

She went to the bathroom to wash up and woke up Ella after.

 

“Ella” she softly called

 

“hmm” Ella hummed as a reply

 

“Good morning, sunshine”

 

Ella opened her eyes and started stretching her whole body

 

“Get up now and wash up, I’ll wait for you downstairs,” Jessica told her

 

Ella went to her room and wash up. When Jessica went downstairs, she saw Jaehyun eating alone and joined him.

 

“Jae, where’s oppa?” she asked

 

“He left earlier, noona” he responded

 

Just then, Ella came downstairs and also joined them.

 

“Ella, come eat and finish your breakfast before we can go” Jessica noted

 

“Ne, unnie”

 

After breakfast, they went to the company to tag along with Jessica.

 

 

Jessica not having nightmares anymore when someone is there to accompany her while sleeping a sign for her to find a partner?
