When it comes to corruption, Lisa doesn't stand where she should-where she is expected to. Passion to stand for justice is not something that is appreciated when you're supposed to be the future leader for one of the wealthiest family in town. This is exactly how she ended up in Millbrook High.  A normal high school to any outsider but where Lisa comes from, it's more of a "Mill-filled with broke people-high". Perhaps, Lisa's will finally get the authentic high school experienced she always hears about.

Jennie could have been an average high schooler just like her friends but her past is what made her different. What made her stand out. She liked popularity and things that come with it; dominance, unnecessary attention, getting her way, boys,  but all changes with the arrival of a new student. A student who she wants nothing to do with.
