Tears are running down Hyosung’s face. It seems like she is frighten, but Kikwang is clueless on what it is.
Hyosung starts to hug her legs closer to her body and whispering some words that cannot be interpreted by Kikwang.
“Hey, hey what’s wrong?” Kikwang is trying to soothe her tears. Quickly, Hyosung moves away from Kikwang as he gets
closer to her. Kikwang keeps on saying that things will be okay that everything is alright. However Hyosung shakes her
head continuously while mumbling softly, “No. No please don’t hurt me. Please don’t get closer” and starts to cry even harder
than before. Worried, Kikwang scoot closer to her to embrace her, hoping she would stop crying. His heart aches so much
seeing the sight that is in front of him right now. Finally, after he manages to contain her struggle Kikwang pulls her in a tight
embrace until she doesn’t have the energy to move, let alone fight back anymore. Kikwang again start to soothe her by telling
her that nobody is going to hurt her and everything is alright. “You know you are safe with me, right? I won’t let anybody do
any bad things to you…” Kikwang’s voice is soft. He keeps on Hyosung’s back to keep her in a calm state.
Then, he feels a weight falls on him. “She is asleep. That’s better. I wonder what’s wrong with her just now?” he asks
himself feeling pain in his own heart knowing that he cannot do anything for her while she is trembling down with fear.
“If only she tells me…” Kikwang hopes. He would never want to see that sight of her ever again he tells himself and he
swears in his heart that would do anything to prevent the incident from happening ever again then soon after that he feels his eyelids
getting heavier. “Bang” “Bang” “Bang”. “Yaah keep it down!” Kikwang feel interrupted by the noise. “Somebody is…”
his words are cut off by a creaking sound. “Yaish cut it out!” he says. “Huh? W-what? What’s going on?” Hyosung who
is also deep in her sleep wakes up after hearing Kikwang’s voice. Kikwang’s mind starts to clear as soon as he hears
Hyosung’s voice and he quickly takes notice of the situation they are in right now. The door of the elevator is being
opened little by little. Then, familiar faces start to appear as he sees both of Beast and Secret’s members are there.
“Hyosung-ah, are you alright?” he asks as he remembers the incident that happened hours ago.  Hyosung just nods
her head and gets up from Kikwang’s chest to sit straight. “Alright guys! Come on! Let me pull you guys up!” Doojoon
offers his hand. Being a gentleman that he is, Kikwang let Hyosung out first and he follows right after. “You do know
this is an abandon building right? What if your friends aren’t looking for you two? Please think before you act” the
fireman that helped them state. “Oh. Oh we ‘re sorry…” both of them bow and say their thanks. After the fireman left,
all ten of them make their way to their car. Amazed, Kikwang asks how on earth s tracked him down.
“You guys didn’t put any tracking chip or anything on me, right?” he asks. “What do you think we are? Tsk. All of us
were just concerned about Hyosung not you” Hyunseung says. Then right after that a unison yes is heard.
“Fine… Fine… But what made you come all the way here?” Kikwang is still curious. “Well, the girls were so worried that
Hyosung was not home yet. They keep on calling us every hour to see if you and Hyosung have arrived at our dorm or not.
Around 12 o’clock we started to get worried too. The girls said that Hyosung promised them that she would be home
around 10 and the latest would be 11 o’clock or something” Doojoon says. We thought that maybe you did something
to her instead” Yoseob suddenly teases. Before Kikwang could speak, Jieun adds on saying “we know you wouldn’t do
such thing so we begged the boys to help us search for you two. Yoseob was the one that suggested looking here”
Jieun is now hugging Hyosung, relief that she is alright. “You guys must have been tired… Let’s just go home. Let this
two kids rest…” Junhyung says. Feeling thankful, both Kikwang and Hyosung thank their members and let out their
gratitude. After that, the boys send the girls home. All of them are tired from what had happened just now therefore
everybody just go straight to bed. However, there is one person that has his mind wrap up around something. He couldn’t
think of anything else or even clear his mind. “Why did she behave like that in the first place?” Kikwang has his eyes wide
open. “Hurmm, maybe I should ask Sunhwa. She could tell me something from her past maybe. Haish Hyosung-ah please
don’t you ever be like that again. My heart can’t take such view” Kikwang is deep in his thought. Feeling settle after he
makes the decision to ask Sunhwa about Hyosung, Kikwang slowly closes his eyes making his way into the dreamland
hoping to see the one face that he already miss with his whole heart.

 It has been 2 weeks since the elevator incident. It probably is the longest two weeks of Kikwang’s life.
His head is worried about Hyosung but his heart aches so much because she never replies his messages and his
phone calls let alone his emails. He did have a talk with Sunhwa but she is just as clueless as he is. However she did
say that Hyosung is a little gloomy after the incident though she tries to hide it all three of them seem to notice her
change of behaviour. “Why are you trying to avoid me?” Kikwang asks himself. Sometimes he just let himself think
that Hyosung is busy with her work or she didn’t notice the text, miscalls or emails that he sent her. This night, it’s different.
He slowly thinks that Hyosung is pulling away from him. She doesn’t want to be with him anymore, well he hasn’t even
confessed to her yet. “Is it better to let her go before I make my next move?” Kikwang’s mind is unsettled. “But I don’t want
to lose her. Not in a million years!” he states. “Why is she doing this to me? Things were going on so smoothly before…
Hyosung-ah talk to me!” Kikwang silently begs in his mind. He feels a tug in his heart as he keeps on thinking maybe
he would just follow Hyosung’s choice and move on. Just thinking about it makes his heart aches really bad. Kikwang’s
hand makes its way to his chest, pressing it slowly and he utters to himself, “maybe it’s for the best. She wants this.
Maybe she deserves someone better. Yes someone better…” his voice is soft, so soft it is almost inaudible to be heard.
