The three of them helped each other move in, their parents overeager as they visited each of their children’s apartments minutes away from each other. They were lucky to have been going to school near each other, and even though they were all at different universities, Jongin knew that it wouldn’t feel like it.
When their parents do leave, they end up at Chaeyeon’s place, like nothing had changed. And when Kyungsoo walked in and there was no awkwardness in the air, Jongin realized that nothing really had change amongst them. They were the same three that they had always been.
She looked up from her phone, “There’s a party a block away. Do you guys want to go?”
It was the prospect of their first college party. The chances of them saying yes were close to none, so the three of them end up in front of a large house, looking excited at the loud music that was blasting from inside.
“Should we stick together?” Kyungsoo looked like he’s about to regret agreeing, but Chaeyeon nodded.
It was a good idea that they agreed, because it was very easy to get lost in the crowd of the house. Students were laughing, drinking, and dancing. A girl walked up to Jongin immediately, and he nearly lost Kyungsoo and Chaeyeon.
