Momo and Jeongyeon strolled down the hallway the next day as the blonde carried the two Pokemon games that she had promised to get, still unhappy at the fact she had to spend so much money just for this little mission. 

"I feel broke." She muttered as Momo laughed and patted her back to comfort her.

"And that's what adulthood is gonna be all about." She grinned as Jeongyeon shot a glare at her which caused her to remove her cheeky smile instantly. They headed towards the office as they spotted Mina leaning against the wall by the entrance, playing games on her phone as usual. She lifted her head when she had noticed the two girls walking up to her. She nodded her head at them without a grin. 

"You got the games?" Jeongyeon took off her backpack and ped it, taking out the two small boxes which had turned Mina's facial expression around. Her eyes sparkled as she stared at the games, reaching out to take them both. This is was Momo's and Jeongyeon's first time seeing Mina genuinely smile like that. They looked at each other in confusion as they stared back at her. She finally detached her attention from her gifts to look at the girls. "What?"

Jeongyeon blinked before speaking. "You're..smiling."

"Uh yeah..humans do that??"

Momo spoke up. "It's just that we--"

"Never saw me smile? I know it's rare, except for Chaeyoung of course." She turned to unlock the door and walked in with two troublemakers. She walked over to a computer as she turned it on and typed in the password to allow them to log in before moving away. " Alright, now you can go look up that girl you're going crazy over."

"I'm not going crazy over her!!" Jeongyeon glared as she sat in front of the computer with Momo right beside her. Mina rolled her eyes and took out her DS from her bag to start playing one of the new games. Jeongyeon typed in Tzuyu's full name before finding her file. She focused on the screen before widening her eyes at the information that was right in front of her. "So she's a transfer student from the National Tainan Girls' Senior High School. I heard that school is insanely hard to get into!!" She kept on reading as Momo pointed at the screen.

"Look at all of awards she's won. She got first place in everything!" She was just as impressed as Jeongyeon was.

"I know. She's a complete genius!" Jeongyeon commented.

"Unlike you." Mina blurted out without removing her sight from the DS. Jeongyeon made a displeased face as she tried to brush off that statement.

"Ugh, but there's nothing else here."

All of the sudden, Momo had thought of an idea as she quickly nudged her friend gently."Go search up her name and one of the competitions that she had won. I'm sure there has to be some news article about her."

Jeongyeon waved her finger at the dancer as she agreed. "Good idea!"

She typed in one of the science competitions that she participated in and luckily, she was able to find a recent article. Jeongyeon clicked on it and immediately started to read it. "Young tenth grader wins the National Science Competition. Many scholars have recognized her work and were fascinated by her skills and her attitude towards her academic career."

Jeongyeon had to pause for a second as she leaned back against the chair. "I need a moment. This is too much reading me."

"You better hurry up." Mina said as she continued to play. "I can't keep you guys in here all day."

The tall girl sighed and skimmed through the article until she noticed something and read it out loud. "Ms. Chou's achievements have given her many offers, including to finish high school early and go to Harvard."

Momo was astonished at what she heard. "She got offered to go to Harvard? What is she doing here then?"

Jeongyeon ran her hand through her hair as she shrugged. "I have no idea. They don't even state why she turned it down."

Meanwhile, Mina decided to stop playing her game for a moment before walking over to peek out of the door. She moved back into the room in a second as she warned the girls. "Uh, guys. You really need to wrap it up. Nayeon is coming!"

The two friends panicked, knowing that getting caught right now was the last thing they needed. Jeongyeon tried to exit out of the window but the screen would remain the same. 

"Jeongyeon! What's the hold up?" Momo yelled as Jeongyeon tried to continuously click out of window.

"The damn screen is frozen!" Nayeon's footsteps were becoming louder as Mina stood in front of the door to keep an eye out. She was just as freaked out as the two girls. Jeongyeon finally managed to close the window and turn off the computer. She and Momo were able to hide behind the desk before Nayeon approached the room.

Mina smiled as she blocked the entrance of the office. "Nayeon! Hey! What are you doing here?"

Nayeon tilted her head at the gamer. "It's Friday. I always work here on Fridays." She tried to step in but once again, Mina wouldn't allow her.

"O-oh! But you can't come in here!"

Nayeon crossed her arms and frowned at the reply. "And why not?"

"Uhhh.." Mina tried her best to quickly think of an excuse. "Because I just saw someone running around on the 2nd floor and they weren't even in class!!"

That made Nayeon gasp in horror. "They're weren't?!"

"They're weren't!"

Nayeon nodded as she stood up straight. "Well I better go fix this right this instant." She turned her heels and dashed off. Mina checked to make sure she was gone as she assured the girls that they could come out. 

"Alright, guys. The coast is clear." Momo and Jeongyeon picked themselves up as they walked over to Mina and smiled softly at her with gratitude.

"Thanks Mina." Jeongyeon nodded at her timidly."We really owe you one."

She laughed and shook her head, waving her hand around. "Naw. You guys don't. Now get out of here before someone else comes in here." 

They obliged to her order as they happily skipped out of the room, allowing her to go back to her game in peace.

At the end of the day, the pranksters were walking out of the building, chatting away before Momo had stopped and noticed someone who was sitting on the grass with her textbooks. She smiled at Jeongyeon, who knew exactly what she wanted her to do. 

"Momo..I don't know if I can talk to her."

She formed a pout at her friend. "Come on. You still got questions and she's the only one that can give you answers. It won't hurt to try." 

Jeongyeon knew that she was right as she looked over to stare at Tzuyu. Momo beamed as she waved her at the blonde. "I'll see ya later." She walked off as Jeongyeon waved  back at her. She tried to mentally prepare herself as she slowly made her way towards the Taiwanese student. She sat down beside her, which had made Tzuyu to look up from her book and greet her. 

"Oh Jeongyeon. Hey!"

"H-Hi" She tried to stay calm and continue the conversation. "What are you doing?"

"Our chemistry homework." She laughed as she showed her the textbook.

"Oh right. I never knew we had homework for that." She rubbed the back of her neck as she chuckled shyly. "Is that all you do? Just study and do homework?"

"No..I also work as an intern at a hospital." She smiled sweetly which had almost made Jeongyeon pass out from her beauty.

"Wow, you really are a blessing."

Tzuyu couldn't help but blush just a tiny bit. She tucked some hair behind her ear as Jeongyeon realized how corny she was being. "I mean...you must..work a lot, don't you?"

"Yeah. I really want to be a doctor. It's been my dream since I was little. What about you? Any goals?"

Jeongyeon tried to ponder to figure out an answer. "Uh..to graduate from high school?"

"Ahh.." She giggled. "Big dreams."

Jeongyeon shook her head, already feeling embarrassed. "N-no, but seriously, when was the last time you just relaxed?"

"Just a while ago..."

"I see.." 

"...in 2004" Tzuyu smiled nervously as Jeongyeon looked at her in disbelief, completely shocked that this girl had been working her off for ages.

"A-alright. We need to change this. Why don't you come get lunch with me tomorrow? There's this nice place that's like two blocks from here. It's right at the start of the street and it's the only restaurant. You can't miss it "She pointed towards the direction of the restaurant.

"Just the two of us?" She raised an eyebrow which got Jeongyeon all flustered as she felt her cheeks burn up.

"I-- uh...n-no. Momo will be there!" She replied as Tzuyu chuckled.

"Alright. I'll be there. What time?" 

"I-is 3pm good? I'm honestly never up before 2pm on a weekend." 

Tzuyu nodded with an approval as her lips quirked up. "Sure! 3 sounds great! I'll be there!" She checked the time on her watch as she got up and put her backpack on.

"Well I gotta head to the hospital now. I'll see you tomorrow!" With that last statement, she headed out as Jeongyeon blissfully smiled and laid back down onto the grass.

"She's..so..perfect."
