Super Junior - Where Are They Now?

LEETEUK
Jung Su took a step back after
Super Junior broke up, dropping
several of his MC jobs and
deciding to focus on helping to
run the label instead. He's quite
familiar with several of the
trainees as he's present at all of
their evaluations and often gives
his input on their improvemnt.
He played a large role in
creating Miracle and is
sometimes considered their
second manager since he spends
so much time helping them.
HEECHUL
Hee Chul, unlike Jung Su, kept
going full force forward even
after Super Junior's break up.
He was already one of the
biggest names in the industry,
so it wasn't hard to keep up
several hosting gigs even when
his contract expired. He does
still work out of Label SJ but
isn't as involved with their
trainees as some of his ex groupmates are.
HANGENG
Han Geng continues to do well
in China, but he's been thinking
about offering partnership with
SJ, assuming SM will allow it.
He's still in contact with most of
his old groupmates and there's
been some talk between them
about possible Chinese
promotions for the girls in the
future.
YESUNG
Since the disbandment, Jong
Woon has continued singing, though he limits himself to
OSTs rather than having actual
solo promotions. Mostly he acts
as the main vocal coach at SJ, working closely with the
trainees. He's one of the best
known and best liked of the
group since almost all the
trainees know him on a personal level. He had a large part in choosing the members of
Miracle and now serves as their personal vocal coach along with Ryeowook.
KANGIN
Young Woon's career as an idol
plummeted after his second
DUI in 2016, so when the time came to disband no one was
really surprised that he didn't
resign with SJ. Since leaving
the industry nothing has been
heard from him - even some
members of Super Junior don't
know where he is or what he's
doing.
SUNGMIN
After returning from the army,
Sungmin began dedicating a lot
more of his time to his wife, and
in early 2019 Saeun gave birth
to a little girl. So when the
contract expired no one was surprised that Sungmin decided
to focus on his home life instead
of the spotlight. He sometimes
will pop in to say hello to his
old groupmates and show off
baby photos, but he's officially
a stay at home dad for the time
being.
SHINDONG
Shin Dong Hee did not resign
with Label SJ after the group
disbanded. However he's still a
common face around the
building. Dong Hee started
working as a producer and
director for music videos after
leaving Super Junior, and so he
works with several labels, SJ
included. In fact, he usually
prioritizes his old Label over
every other company.
EUNHYUK
Fans were convinced that the
infamous EunHae coupl would
never be separated, so when
Hyuk Jae didn't resign wit SJ it
was a huge shock to most of the
ELF fandom. While Hyuk Jae,
like Dong Hee, does still work
with his old Label, his main job
now is as a freelance
choreographer and he works
with several groups outside of
SJ.
SIWON
Siwon surprised fans when he
chose to remain signed with SJ,
as many had believed he'd move
to a larger company to work as
an actor. However his loyalty
remained with the group he'd
been with for years. He's still a
major name in the acting world
and he's appeared in several
dramas and movies since his
return rom the army. Currently
he's starring in an extremely
popular drama and as such
isn't around the SJ building
very often.
ZHOUMI
Zhou Mi is in a different
situation from the rest of Super
Junior. As he was added later,
his contract doesn't officially
expire until 2021. For now he's
still managed by Label SJ and
has had a few solo promotions.
He also helps out with language
classes for the trainees.
DONGHAE
To no one's surprise Dong Hae
did resign with SJ and is active
as an actor. He also helps out
with choreography and
occasionally does some
composing for B tracks on the
soloist's albums. He's also a
very active participant in the
trainees' dance practices and it's
not uncommon for him to show
up unannounced at a dance
rehearsal and start giving
out advice.
RYEOWOOK
Ryeo Wook reclaimed DJ duties
for SuKiRa as soon as he
returned from the army. He did
choose to resign with SJ, but
instead of singing he's focused
on DJ duties and musicals.
When not at rehearsals or at
the SuKiRa station he quite
enjoys spending time with the
trainees and helping them with
their vocal techniques.
KIBUM
After leaving SM in 2015, Ki
Bum's career came to a stand
still with no company to
manage his schedule. SJ has
offered him a contract, but he's
hesitant to ally himself with his
old groupmates. The offer
remains open though.
KYUHYUN
Kyu Hyun is easily one of the
best known and most popular
members of Super Junior. He
did resign with Label SJ but
between solo promotion, MC
gigs, and the occasional movie
deal he's rarely around the
building. Some fans consider
him to not "truly" be a part of
SJ since a lot of his work
involves SM artists rather than
his old groupmates.
HENRY
As wih Zhou Mi, Henry's
contract doesn't expire until
2021 so he's drifting a bit
waiting for it to end. He's quite
well-liked in the industry
though, so he fills his time with
variety show appearances and
the occasional solo release. He
does sometimes help with
language lessons for the
trainees, but not as often as
Zhou Mi.

CSB and Pure are obviously not the only new groups, but they're the only ones composed of OCs so there they are!
