In the future world, where world war has broke into number more than we know today, the world is separated into two parts. Those two parts of the world are called “Red” and “Blue”. As the Red people rule as majority, most of Blue people are left out at the more damaged part of the world, when Red people live under peace and safety at the more humane site. This of course, led the Blue into becoming rebellious. Gained power of ice beyond what normal mind could explain. Trying to crush the warm society that Red people had live under.

Alarmed at this sudden supernatural gain of the Blue, the Red try to balance them by creating a chemical potions to be injected toward Red people, so they could also gain the same kind of supernatural power. However, this attempt didn’t work as well, as the Red people only gained the warmer blood which is weak to the Blue touch, but so does successfully has made the Blue weak to the Red touch.

To conform this war, both wiser people of Red and Blue agreed to held a annual “Wed Ceremony” on each country. A lottery-like event to match two people from each side in purpose for them to married each other after. Every year, both people from Red and Blue who reached age 19, gathered at a great hall to be matched. Every Red will be given a Blue pairing and is forced to married each other. They will get injection to neutralize the power of killing each other within themself. At first, the ceremony went in peace for years, before both side rebels and refused to do the forced married again. Another war, was broke at that time.

One hundreds and twenty seven years after, young and active people from both side, again, request that another peace of both side is needed. Warned people on how much casualty that wars has caused. Not to mention, the expensive price of the aftermath that people had to paid because of war. Another peace treaty was made again. At this time, the long held “Wed Ceremony” rule, which was already tainted as now the rule disallow two person of red and blue to be matched, is being renewed.

The new rules now demand, that at least, every fifty years, a Red will be matched with a Blue. Both people then will be the icon of peace campaign between Red and Blue. Actively highlighted every year to give update about their marriage life. As they voiced about peace that should be made between two sides.

The rebellion has slowly died down, thanks to this act. However, it’s not that the war has completely gone. It just moved to the underground state, where rebellion still quietly have fight among Red and Blue. Along with that is a peace movement, built underway, filled with young and fresh spirited people trying to create back the peace between Red and Blue, the way it was, thousands years ago.
