Yoongi loves basketball and he doesn’t lose. Ever. Jimin loves basketball too and wishes he could play just as good as Yoongi.

“I wanna be just as cool as Yoongi hyung!” Jimin yells as he waves the pompoms in the air for Yoongi. The thirteen-year-old boy looks pretty much like a cheerleader with Yoongi’s face printed onto his T-shirt as he calls out, “Min Yoongi! Min Yoongi!”

And Yoongi can’t help but turn red, because what fifteen-year-old would want a devastatingly dedicated and adorably cute cheerleader?

Yoongi sends a wink at the audience, which Jimin knows was meant for him, before he jumps in the air and slam dunks the final winning basket. The fact that Jimin’s screams of joy echo throughout the stadium, amidst the cheers of the crowd, is one of the reasons Yoongi’s sugar smile is at display during their celebratory sleepover at his house.

“Yoongi hyung was so cool Tae!” Jimin exclaims with ecstasy as he recounts the glorious tale of Min Yoongi the Basket Man to Taehyung.

Hoseok takes a seat beside Yoongi, who is too distracted by Jimin reenacting his final basket that he doesn’t even realize he has company. “Congrats hyung” Hoseok says with a bump into his shoulder. “You were pretty cool out there.”

Yoongi turns to him with a gummy smile and responds with a “Thanks!” He stares back at Jimin, who is still stuck in his Min Yoongi Fanboy mode and chuckles to himself as he turns to Hoseok and says, “I was pretty cool huh?” Just then Namjoon and Seokjin come back from the grocery shop with chips and chocolates and drinks and Yoongi
