Twelve

Vacation 

Description: Junmyeon and Yixing take the kids on a nice little vacation. Same AU as Step Family.

Baekhyun and Jongdae - 18   Kyungsoo-  17  Jongin- 15

"A vacation was just what I needed." Jongdae sighed contentedly.

The family had just entered the beach house they were renting for the week.

Baekhyun had taken out his phone and took a selca, admiring his own picture.

"I have to send this to Chanyeol." Baekhyun said after he was done complimenting himself.

"I think I'm gonna like this place. It has a nice view, they teach surfing on the beach and-" Jongin's statement was cut short by Baekhyun screaming.

"What's wrong Baek?" Junmyeon asked.

"Mom we can't stay here!!" Baekhyun stated.

"Why not?" Everyone asked.

"THEREISNOWIFIHREHOWAMIGOINGTOSHAREMYBEAUTYWITHTHEWORLDNOWANDMOREIMPORTANTLYCHANYEOL???" Baekhyun wailed hysterically.

"What?" Yixing asked confusedly.

"He's upset because there's no wifi." Jongdae said. 

Kyungsoo rolled his eyes before opening his suitcase.

"Good thing I brought all my favourite books, I have enough to last me the entire week." Kyungsoo stated, presenting his novels that were packed in one corner of his bag.

"Well good for you Kyungsoo, but unlike you I have a life. A life that requires wifi." Baekhyun said.

"Okay Beak, no need to be mean. Youl'll just have to deal with it, talk to your family for once." Junmyeon said.

"Ugghhh this is cruel and unusual punishment!!" Baekhyun said, picking up his suitcase and storming to his room.

"This vacation just got a lot better." Jongdae laughed.

The other three children went to their rooms.

"You okay?" Yixing asked his husband.

"Baekhyun's going to be really cranky now because he doesn't have wifi." Junmyeon said.

"That's not the only thing bothering you." Yixing pressed further. Junmyeon sighed.

"I don't know, just nostalgia I guess. I mean Jeju is where I got married to my ex husband. And I don't miss him or anything, its just that this place holds so many memories of us and its kinda hard coming back." Junmyeon explained sadly.

Yixing held Junmyeon by his wrist pulling him into a hug and planting a kiss on his forehead.

"I understand that it might be hard for you. I know I can't replace your ex husband or the memories you have here but maybe we can make new ones together." Yixing said.

"Just promise me one thing please." Junmyeon said.

"Anything." Yixing replied.

"Don't leave me like he did." Junmyeon said softly.

"I wouldn't dream of it."

They were out on the beach.

Baekhyun was sunbathing along with Junmyeon, Kyungsoo was reading one of his novels, Jongin was out learning how to surf and Jongdae was being childish and burying Yixing in the sand, who was probably sleeping behind his sunglasses.

Jongin came back a little while later, calling Jongdae and Yixing over with a mischievous grin on his face.

Jongin had a bucket of water in his hands, slowly approaching his older brother. He knew that Kyungsoo's nose was buried in his book so he wouldn't suspect a thing. Jongin poured the bucket of water over Kyungsoo, causing the older male to gasp.

"KIM JONGIN HOW DARE YOU!!" Kyungsoo yelled furiously. Jongin laughed uncontrollably. Kyungsoo put his wet book on the floor and got up.

he tackled the taller boy, throwing him to the ground and pushing his face down in the sand.

"Hyung I'm sorry!! It was Jongdae hyung's idea!!" Jongin said, his voice between a laugh and a cry for help.

Jongdae knelt down by where baekhyun was lying. He took his twin brother's phone from by his side.

Baekhyun's body shot up when he felt his phone move away.

"Jongdae..." Baekhyun said warningly. Jongdae got up and ran off, laughing loudly.

"JONGDAE YOU WIT GIVE ME MY PHONE!!!" Baekhyun shouted after his brother.

Junmyeon knew that it was only a matter of time until his kids began fighting, but he was feeling really lazy so he let them be. After all, Yixng could handle them so, no worries.

He felt someone pick him up bridal style. He lifted his sunglasses and saw Yixing.

'Yixing what are you- put me down- No- YIXING NO DO NOT-" Yixing dropped Junmyeon in the water before he finished what he was saying.

Yixing laughed at his now soaked husband.

Later on everyone sat out on the patio, laughing at the day's events.
