Dating In School

It Started With A Dream

Justina's POV

"I expected you guys to get together but not that quick," Baekhyun spoke up once everybody quieted down. He turned to me and grabbed hold my hands. "He didn't knock you up right?"

"Ya!" Minseok shouted, swatting his hands away and then replaced Baekhyun's with his. "Not yet."

I playfully punched him. "Minseok~ Don't be like that—there are people listening."

"So what? I'm just making it clear that I'm willing to go that far with you," he proudly said with a smirk.

I couldn't help the heat rush to my cheeks which left me speechless. Did he just say that he was willing? I didn't know his feelings for me were real.

"Look at that. Is the "Baddest Female", Justina, blushing?!" Baekhyun shouted. "I need to video this moment."

"Jeongmal?" Chanyeol exclaimed, obviously wanting to get in on the action.

I tried to hide my face but couldn't since Minseok had held my hands hostage so all I could do was sit there embarrassed.

"Help me," I whispered to Minseok, who immediately went into action.

He pulled my head into his chest so my face would be hidden.

"Guys, stop embarrassing my girl," Minseok pleaded.

"Your girl?" another voice said from behind Xiumin. It couldn't be...

I slightly lifted my head from Minseok's chest to confirm the voice and quickly retreated back to safety.

"Who is this girl of yours?" the voice continued, now with a bit of humor.

From the corners of his eyes, I saw him slowly walk over to where I was to get a better look at me. I clutched and tugged onto Minseok's shirt in an attempt to get his attention.

"What's wrong?" he whispered.

I casually looked up at him whilst hiding my face in the direction of Jongin. "I can't let him see me."

"Why?"

"Because he'll—"

I was cut off by Jongin's hand on my shoulder. I had the impulse to shrug me off, which shocked him. "It's okay, I won't hurt you." He looked at Minseok. "Hyung, what's wrong with your girlfriend?"

Minseok shrugged and looked down at me again. "Babe, what's wrong?"

Thankfully before I could say anything, the bell rang which meant that everyone would leave but I was wrong. Everyone but Jongin, Minseok and I were left in the same position.

"Kai, she really doesn't want to talk to anyone at the moment since she's embarrassed," Minseok tried to explain.

"Whatever but I will find out sooner or later," Jongin stated. , I forgot that the entire school heard. Yup, we're screwed. "See you later, man."

"Yea, bye."

There was silence before I spoke up. "Is he gone?"

"Why did you hide from him like that?"

"Because there's something about Jongin that you don't know," I started.

"Which is?" he inquired.

"He gambles a lot." He didn't seem phased by what he heard. "Did you already know that he gambled?"

"Justina, don't tell anyone about this," his voice suddenly got dark which sent chills down my spine.

"Why would I?"

"Just don't. If anyone asks you about his gambling, don't say anything. I'll tell you another time but for now don't even say a word." His eyes told me that he was dead serious about what he was telling me so I decided to listen to him. "Arasso?" I slowly nodded in response. "Okay, you can continue."

"Well, I was saying that when Jongin and I dated, he betted too much money and apparently he didn't have the money so he...," I paused.

"He what?"

"I heard from the other gamblers that he betted me so he didn't have to pay the money he lost."

"He betted you?!" Xiumin shouted.

I nodded my head. "That's why I have a debt to pay."

"Why not just pay it? It was his fault in the first place," he reasoned.

"Remember those scars on my body?" I asked.

He slowly widened his eyes once he realised what I meant. "You don't possibly mean...?

I hummed in response. "Those bettors don't care about whose fault it is, they just want their money."

"So, why do you have to hide from him? Isn't he going to find out sooner or later about us?"

"I didn't think about that..."I trailed off. "Well, since he's going to find out. We can't let him see us together."

"Wae?"

"Because he's going to bet you too." There's a brief silence before he burst out laughing. "Did I say something funny?"

"No, it's just that I don't think he would do that." he said through his chuckles.

"But it's true!" I defended. "When I threatened to break up with him, he said that my next boyfriend would get betted on too and he would have to pay a debt with me."

He chuckled, "And you actually believed him?"

I then puffed my cheeks up in frustration and folded my arms.

"It's okay babe. I would've believed him too so don't be mad," he reassured as he tried to unfold my arms.

I scoffed at him and grabbed my bento container. Practically stomping away from him, I reflected back on what caused me to get so riled up. Why was I acting like this? I always kept my cool no matter what happened and just one little comment from Minseok caused me to act like this. What is he doing to me?

"Jagiya~!" I heard Minseok call from behind me.

I decided to keep my attention in front of me until I felt him grab my arm. I was about to yell at him from grabbing at me so harshly but he cut me off.

"You really should answer when I call for you," he whispered huskily in my ear before spinning me around.

His eyes had gotten dark and almost unfocused. Again I was going to say something but this time, he cut me off with his lips. Harshly, he dipped his head in to take possession of my lips. It was too sudden for me that it only left me confused and uncomfortable. The tongue that was pushing its way through my lips, made me feel sick and wanted to throw up. It was almost like how he did it...

"Justina, I'm really sorry. I don't know what came over me," he whispered as he held his nose.

I blinked my eyes as gained back consciousness. "Are you okay?" He slowly nodded and then moved his hand from his nose. "Oh my goodness, you're bleeding!"

I held his head back as I walked him to the bathroom but stopped when I saw Jongin stare wide-eyed at us. Did he see when Minseok kissed me? Is that why Minseok kissed me? I pushed those thoughts to the back of my mind. I'll get the answers later but for now, I have to attend to Minseok's nosebleed.

As I walked passed Jongin, I saw a smirk appear on his face.

"I see you finally moved on," he whispered.

If I wasn't mistaken, it sounded like he was sad. I could careless, to be honest. I simply rolled my eyes and made my way to the boy section of the bathrooms. However, I was stopped by Minseok's hand.

"I don't want you to go in there," he urged me.

Usually, I wouldn't care but for some reason, I couldn't say no to his pleading eyes. I then turned us back around and headed to the nurse's office.

»♦«

I knocked on the nurse's office before entering. Once entered, I saw a lady with short dark brown hair in a white uniform seated down at her desk. She spun in her chair upon hearing our footsteps. Her face was revealed to have a bright smile plastered on it that I felt the impulse to return the smile.

"Nosebleed?" she said almost amused. I nodded. "Can you sit him over here?"

I did as she ordered and sat him on one of the beds.

As she handing me a clipboard she told me to write down our names, class and grade so that we wouldn't be marked either late or absent.

I glanced up from the clipboard to see that the nurse had rolled up some tissue paper and had Minseok hold his head back. I snorted so loud when he turned to look at me with the tissue paper stuck up his nostrils.

"What's so funny?" he asked.

If only he knew all the roasts that were going through my head. "Aniyo," I said trying to stifle my laughter.

"Ok. You can wait 5 more minutes and then you can head to class," the nurse announced before going back to her desk.

Once she was out of hearing range, Minseok spoke up. "Why did you punch me?"

"I punched you?!" I remarked.

"How can you not know that you punched me?" he said out of disbelief. He sighed as ruffled his hair. "You want to skip?"

"I would love to but..." I trailed off. "I can't."

"Why not?" he asked out of curiosity. "I mean it will be like a date."

"I didn't know you were that type of person."

"I'm not," he started. "The truth is that I never skipped before."

I raised my eyebrow at his response. "Jeongmal?"

"Ne and I wanted to spend time with you," he said in a whisper.

"With me?" I repeated back to myself. I thought for a second before complying with his offer. "Arasso but you have to give me a ."

His eyes slightly widened at my request. I waited for his response as he gulped. He was taking too long to answer. There was no way he was going to agree to this.

I turned to leave as I spoke up. "Well if you don't want to give me a then I guess—"

I was cut off by his hand. "I'll do it."

I looked over my shoulder at him. "What did you say?"

"I said I'll do it," he affirmed.

I was taken back for a moment but quickly put on a smirk. "You can't take it back now."

"I'm fine with that."

"This is your final chance to back out," I warned.

"And this is the final time I'm saying I'll do it," he echoed. "Now will you go on a date with me?"

I nodded. He let out a sigh of relief and got up from his spot. Still holding my hand, he led us outside the nurse's office and later to one of the exits. Once he stepped outside, I stopped in my tracks to which he looked back at me.

"What's wrong?" he asked, concern filling his face.

"I have a question for you," I started.

"What is it?"

"How do you feel about giving me that tonight?"

"Tonight...meaning?" he asked, unsure of what I meant.

I waved my finger at him to come closer. He got the hint and moved closer to me.

Once he was close enough, I leant down to his ear and whispered a faint, "At our night job."

"Are you sure you want it there?" he whispered back.

"Why not? We'll get another bonus if we collaborate again," I enticed.

"Alright...," he trailed off. "But try to not moan too loud."

I saw a glimpse of a smirk as he turned around which lead me to think that he was enjoying this.

"Come on, let's go," he said as he pulled me along.

I couldn't help but giggle to myself to see how cool he was acting. Now that I think about it, this was probably the first time he actually seemed pretty cool and all he had to do was not try so hard. Maybe dating him wouldn't be so bad.

"Minseok," I called out.

"What is it?" he asked, looking at me with a warm look. The same look reflected that he was ready to listen to me. The same look I wanted for a long time.

I looked deep into his eyes as I wrapped my arms around his neck and dipping my head in for a kiss. Completely entranced in the kiss, I was now up against the wall and was fully enjoying it. However, we both we were still in public and our heated kiss had to come to a stop.

With one last peck on his lip, I murmured a "Thank you".

"For what?" he questioned with a chuckle. "You do know that you can kiss me anytime, right?"

"Not that you lovable idiot," I teased. "I meant, thank you for being here with me and those other times too. You've been a great listener."

"Since you brought this up, I should also be thanking you too. You've also been an amazing listener even when you didn't say anything you still comforted me," he acknowledged. "And... I hope you'll stay being my own little listener."

"Are you proposing to me?" I joked.

"Do you want me to?" he asked with a serious face.

"Yes. Are you crazy? We're still young," I replied trying to mask my real feelings with a smile.

"So? We don't have to get married now but maybe after we graduate," he suggested.

"But...," I trailed off as I tried to avert my attention anywhere else but his eyes. I know that if I stare any longer into his eyes, I wouldn't be able to resist any longer.

"Look at me and tell that you don't want to marry me."

"I can't," I mumbled.

"Sorry, I didn't catch that," he said, forcing me to repeat myself.

"I can't," I repeated.

"Could you repeat that?" he asked.

This time I looked up at him and when I opened my mouth to speak, only a squeak came out. He legit left me speechless. His eyes were distracting me from reciting my lines and I hated it. Before I sunk deeper and deeper into the void-like eyes of his, his voice had pulled me to earth.

Now with only 2 centimetres from each other and his lips practically on mine, he whispered: "Will you forever be my listener?"

"Yes."

And with that, he planted his lips on mine which brought us into another intense kiss. After a while, I pulled away and we just continued walking to wherever the heck we were going.

"So far, this date has consisted of talking about lap dancing, walking, very hot makeout sessions, talking about being a listener forever, even hotter makeout sessions and more walking. So, in conclusion, we have walked enough and there needs to be more making out going on," I punned.

He chuckled at my comment. "We will be there soon."

"Where are we going anyways?"

"To my playhouse," he said, his tone much darker than it should be.

"Playhouse? Don't tell me this playhouse of yours has girls you own and are like your slaves?" I kidded.

I was really hoping that his answer would be a simple "no" but I was left with silence. All of a sudden, I had this sickening feeling in my stomach that he really did have the type of playhouse I mentioned.
