Strolling alone through the nearly vacant streets, Myungsoo carried his camera taking photos and enjoying the cool autumn weather. He spotted a small diner opening. He smelled a delicious scent and heard his stomach rumbling. He couldn’t stop himself from walking into the cozy diner. He sat down and a young lady walked to him smiling, thanked him for stopping by and gave him the menu. While Myungsoo was enjoying his delicious dinner, he heard a soft voice “Hello everyone, thank you all for coming to our humble opening. We hope you enjoyed your meal. We have an offer today. As you can see we have a karaoke machine. Whoever gets a hundred on the machine will have free drinks.” She said and everyone cheered “Also the stage is open for everyone. Don’t be shy nobody is here to judge.” She said and she was about to get off stage when customers began cheering again “SING SING SING” A waitress pushed the girl back to the stage. She was blushing. At first her voice was a little shaky then she became steady, clear and strong. She moved to the music and she was smiling. She hit the high note perfectly; Myungsoo was struck. Everyone applauded and cheered when she finished the song.

The next day Myungsoo wore a beanie, a pair of glasses and went to the diner. The girl greeted him with a friendly smile, gave him the menu and left. After a few minutes she came back to take his order. He read her name from the name tag and smiled. He gathered his courage and asked her if she was going to sing again tonight. “You were here yesterday.” She smiled “I didn’t plan on singing but who knows. You know our offer, right? Why don’t you try your luck with our karaoke?” she said. He laughed “Thanks but I don’t think I can do it.” “Oh, don’t be shy. It’s just for fun. And you look like an idol; you probably have a good voice. I’m not pushing you into anything but if you feel like doing it, don’t fear anything.” She said then she bowed and disappeared into the kitchen.
