4:00 p.m.

“Let me drive this time, Noona,” Hyunwoo offered.

Bom nodded, “Sure.”

Bom handed the car key and get in the passanger seat. Hyunwoo joined her.

They put on their seatbelts and Hyunwoo stepped on the gas. They drove in silence. No one was wiling to start the conversation.

Same as back there at the restaurant, they ate in silence, busy with their own minds.

Hyunwoo with his worries of Bom and Bom with her anxiety of that man.

15 minutes passed and they’re in front of Bellos.

Hyunwoo turned his head to Bom, intended to ask her to go inside while he park the car, but he was unable to speak because Bom just sat there being completely empty.

Hyunwoo sighed and lowered his shoulders, he then turned his head forward, “We’re here,”

Bom was startled and she quickly turned her sight to him, “Oh, right, okay. I’ll call for the valet then, wait here,”

“It’s fine. I’ll park on my own. You can go inside first,” he looked straight at her and forced a smile.

“Thank you, Hyunwoo-ah.” she smiled back at him.

Hyunwoo nodded and Bom got out of the car, covering her bare legs in shiver.

He watched her until she dissapeared from his sight.

He then looked straight and noticed a familiar car parked on the road side.

Ugh, it can’t be him.

He spaced out for minutes.

Bellos Boutique

Cheongdam Ward of Gangnam District

4:17 p.m.

Bom stepped in the gate entrance of Bellos and found Mr. Lee---the security---wasn’t present in his station.

She peeked left and right, still no sign of Mr. Lee.

Where is he? Maybe he’s having lunch.

But... It’s weird, Mr. Lee never leaves his spot unless it’s for restroom business.

Ugh, maybe it is restroom business.

Never mind.

Bom raised her shoulders and pouted.

She bowed her head down and covered her freezing legs with her bag. She glanced quick at the main entrance few meters ahead and hurriedly walked through the graved path. 

She almost arrived when she heard that voice.

She stopped walking and stared down emptily.

“BOW DOWN TO ME!”

Deep and harsh, loud and scary.

Bom froze there.

She couldn’t move. She didn’t even lift her face.

She stood there in silence, couldn’t talk or even think. She could only question if it’s really that man’s voice or hallucination.

Maybe she's finally losing her mind.

“I said, BOW DOWN TO ME!”

And that confirmed everything.

Bom was startled, she lost her balance but managed to support herself.

It was not a hallucination.

That raspy voice only belongs to one person, that man.

And that man is here.

Bom closed her eyes to calm herself.

Her heart was beating too fast and felt like they just fell down her legs. She gripped strong on her bag, her eyes starting to heat up, trembled and her breaths became shorter.

“Unni!” Jieun called in panic.

Bom furrowed her eyebrows in despair.

Not now, Jieun.

Not now.
