The world was no longer what it used to be. The bright and beautiful world was now dull and grey. No light can be seen, only darkness. The once sunny weather was now replaced by eternal winter and storm. The world has been like that ever since HE came and claimed that the human world will no longer be theirs but it is for his and his kind to be ruled. No one ever dared to defy him for anyone who go against his will embraced death in a very tragic way.

Years have passed, decades have gone under his reign. Now after 500 years of ruling the world, L has only become more cruel and evil. He is the darkness itself. All creatures way under his control, be it a vampire or a mere human. There is nothing that can stop him at all.

Humans had already lost all of their hope in escaping this kind of fate long time ago. Once a human is born, he/she will already be thought to bow under the vampires. Thought how to be a perfect slave for their masters. Each human family serves one vampire family. Humans accepted this fate before they were even born because there is no use in fighting to a battle which you know from the start that you'll be loosing.

Krystal Jung. The youngest child of the Jung family who work inside the palace. Since she was 5 years old, she had been training to serve vampires under her mother. She will undergo this kind of training until she is of at right age which is 16. Now that she is 16, she will be doing her very first service in the palace. And that is to clean the garden. right? She knows but she is grateful that she was assigned in the garden rather that serving meals to those scary vampires. Yes, she is afraid if them, who wouldn't? Having encounters with vampires should be nothing to her because it is her fate. To interact with her vampire masters but she couldn't bring herself to stop trembling whenever she came close with vampires. She hadn't even been close to a vampire within 10 ft. She has always distanced herself with every vampire. That's how afraid she is to them. But now, I guess she should change that attitude of hers, she had no choice at all.
