"I'm Sorry Roy. You deserve someone better. Not someone like me. Sorry I don't think I can love you back. Thank you for all the things that you have done for me the past few months, I don't know how to repay you back for the kindness and care you have given to me. During those few months I felt genuinely cared for and loved for, a feeling which I haven't felt in a while. But I guess my heart is with someone else. I hope we are still able to be friends." Jessica said. She could see the dejected face. She felt bad. 
"I hope you will find someone better Roy, someone who is able to take care of you and love you" Jessica continued 
"Ok. I understand" Roy said. Roy felt heartbroken that's for sure. But what could he do, he couldn't just force her. 
Jessica stood up, giving him a deep bow before pulling him into a brief hug.  
"Hope you can be happy Jess" Roy whispered by her ear     
"You too Roy, you too" Jessica said back 
"Well, see you around" Roy squeezed a smile 
Jessica nodded before leaving Roy behind. 
Roy's vision blurred, he let his tears roll down as he watched Jessica walk out. 

Spring. The season Jessica rejected Roy. This season, Roy had his heart broken.

Taeyeon sat inside a café shop. The café shop where Jessica and her mutually liked. They often visited this café shop during their dating period. 
She straightened out her white shirt as she saw Jessica walk in through the entrance.
"Hey" Taeyeon greeted 
"Hi" Jessica replied 
"Uh, I ordered Iced Americano for you"
"Thanks" 

"I haven't seen you two come together in a long time!" The waiter ahjumma exclaimed 
"Uh, yeah, it has been a while" Taeyeon replied shyly 
"Well, glad to see you two again, do come often, I missed you two!" Waiter ahjumma said before turning around to serve other customers
"So, uh, what do you need to tell me" Taeyeon finally asked 
"Ok, so before I came here, I had met up with Roy first" Jessica started to say, Taeyeon's expression darkened a little 
"Ok, keep going, are you here to reject me?" Taeyeon asked 
"Uh, I rejected Roy" Jessica said, she could see Taeyeon's face light up a little
"S-so that m-means that y-yo-" Taeyeon stuttered out of nervousness 
"But..." Jessica cut in
"Doesn't mean I say yes to you" 
Taeyeon felt like she had been picked up and then dropped to the ground. 

"Look Taeyeon, I'm sorry, I'm just... Scared" Jessica started to confess 
Taeyeon perked up at the sudden confession.
Seeing as she had Taeyeon's attention again Jessica continued

"Taeyeon, I still love you, but I'm scared, and I feel insecure. When you left I had trouble with handling everything. I had no one but Tiffany. She was there everyday to encourage me, help me, convince me to move on, but it was so hard Taeyeon. I might sound crazy, but I really wanted to just leave this world, I had fallen too hard for you. I'm scared that you will leave me again Taeyeon, I can't bear that pain again, I'm scared that I will love you harder and I will fall harder." Jessica sobbed softly

Taeyeon moved next to Jessica, she hesitated a little but still decided to hug Jessica anyway. Feeling Taeyeon's embrace again Jessica started to sob harder, her tears staining Taeyeon's shirt.

"I'm sorry Sooyeon. I'm so sorry. It was dumb of me, I was hurting too. I'm sorry, terribly sorry. But I promise I won't leave you ever again, please don't be scared. I love you too Sooyeon-ah, I never stopped" Taeyeon whispered gently whilst rubbing Jessica's back. Jessica stiffened a bit when Taeyeon started to call her Sooyeon again. Although Jessica has always had a soft spot for Taeyeon calling her by her Korean name.
"Let's take baby steps okay Sooyeon" Taeyeon suggested 
"Hmmm" Jessica answered her head still buried in Taeyeon's shirt 
"Let's take you home, you look exhausted, yeah?" Taeyeon said

Jessica's alluring scent welcomed Taeyeon as she stepped through the the door. The place hasn't changed much since the last time she came here five years ago. Although she expected changes here and there since five years was quite long ago, but knowing Jessica as she is, its not surprising.

Taeyeon walked Jessica to her room and laid her in bed. Taeyeon tugged the blanket up towards Jessica, and placed a pillow beneath her legs. Her thumb rubbed Jessica's cheek for a brief moment. She sat there studying Jessica's sleeping face, one she hasn't seen for years. 
She walked out of the room and towards the kitchen. 
She opened the fridge, finding nothing. Taeyeon gave a heavy sigh, Jessica had no groceries at all, not even the basic household item. Rice. How did this girl live? 

Taeyeon found herself grocery shopping for Jessica. She threw in a bunch of vegetables, fruits into the trolley careful to avoid any cucumber or melon related foods. She carried the bag of rice on her shoulder strenuously while holding all the groceries in her hands. 

Taeyeon added one cup of rice:two cups of water into the pot. She placed the pot onto the electric stove, letting it cook. She then placed the chopped up kimchi, seaweed, pickled radish and other side dishes into separate small dishes. 

Taeyeon gave a small knock on the door. Sensing no answer given, she gently pushed the door open and found Jessica still sleeping. She placed the congee and side dishes by the small table.
"Sooyeon-ah, wake up" Taeyeon called out quietly 
Jessica moved a bit, she turned towards Taeyeon and stirred awake with one eye closed and another open. She stretched out her arms and gave a small yawn. Taeyeon chuckled a little at Jessica. 
"Have some food, I know you are hungry" Taeyeon said 
Jessica sat upright and gave Taeyeon a small smile
 "Thanks" Jessica murmured 
Taeyeon watched as Jessica devoured the congee along with the side dishes. 
"How is it?" Taeyeon questioned 
"It tastes pretty good, did you have any?" Jessica asked 
"No, I haven't, I made it for you" 
"You need to eat too Taeyeon" 
"It's fine, I'm not hungry" 
"Here have some" Jessica offered her spoonful of congee to Taeyeon
"Uh, em, thanks" Taeyeon leaned forward shyly, letting Jessica feed her.
"Honestly Sooyeon, how do you survive with zero groceries at home, not to mention the rice" Taeyeon asked full of curiosity 
"Uh, deliveries? Instant noodles?" Jessica thought back to her meals 
"That's not healthy Sooyeon, you have to eat better meals" Taeyeon scolded 
"Ah, I got it mum" Jessica joked back with a giggle

"Still loving your dramas as always huh?" Jessica asked the engrossed Taeyeon 
"Yeah, it puts so many different emotions into you" Taeyeon said back while eating the bag of freshly microwaved popcorn.
Jessica just laughs at the state Taeyeon is in, with her hair all messed up, mouth stuffed, eyes and mind focused; pretty y Jessica thinks deep down. 

"Taeyeon-ah, why?" Jessica asks out of the blue
"Why what?" Taeyeon was confused 
"Why did you... Leave?" 
"L-leave?" Taeyeon stutters back. She was taken aback by the sudden question.
"Yeah. Leave" 
"I-I-ah" should she tell her?
"C-cause I-I..."

Taeyeon and Jessica's relationship is finally slowly getting back on track, Yay. 
Although I do feel a bit sad and sorry for Roy :(  but Taengsic ftw (lol) 
Jessica has finally brought up the question, and so how is Taeyeon gonna answer? What actually happened?!

Diverting away from the story for a bit, Jessica has finally made her comeback on Korean TV show Beauty Bible! Congrats! 

Anyway, would you guys want to see more fluff? Or should I just cut the story in 1-2 more chapters? Opinions please~
