Narrator POV

Baekhyun was fast asleep, but was awoken by a sudden feeling of uneasiness and coldness. With his eyes close he roamed his arms around the bed trying to find the main source of his warmth. He was only able to feel his bed cloth and nothing else... He shot out of bed with a loud "Jisun!" but there was no response.. His heart raced unlike anytime before this time he knew the consequences.

Without bothering to do any routine or change out of his sleepwear he rushed towards every single corner of the house looking for the one person but to be greeted by emptiness... Until he noticed a note on the dining table

"Baekkie~ We're out of bread and milk, I'm just heading down the convenient store to pick up some and be back before you know it! ^^ Love you ♡"

Without bothering to completely read the note he ran out when he reached "convenient store" and went to the nearest convenient store to see it almost completely empty but no sight of Jisun, he continue to ran another convenient store . Just when he ran past a dark alley he felt something wrapped around his mouth, it has a terrible pungent smell which cause him to faint not long after...

Baekhyun woke up to find himself in a completely dark room where no light was able to enter. He blinked his eyes continously trying to adjust to the dark, he felt something tied around his wrist which was behind. It was tied tightly to his wrist, he was trying to make loose of the rope when he a heard a groan from not far from him. Before he could question the person the light switched on which shine right into Baekhyun causing him to wince at the sudden brightness

"Well look who's awake?" A familiar voice was heard

When Baekhyun's eyes finally gotten use to the brightness he saw a horrific scene in front of him. His ex and his wife... His ex was pulling on Jisun's hair revealing her face which had bruise on the cheek and slightly beside her eye

"Jisun! What did you do?!" Baekhyun glared at his ex who was smirking, she then let go of Jisun's hair with a force. Baekhyun struggled to get up and ran towards his wife when managed. It was frustrating that he was unable to hold her in his arms, all he could do was call out her until she finally woke up and spoke with a husky cracking voice

"Baekkie.." with the strength she had she sat up and leaned her head against Baekhyun's chest "I'm sorry I shouldn't have left"

Trying to comfort her, he rest his head on hers careful not to hurt
