Previously on "More Than Just 'Arranged'":

Baekhyun shook Chanyeol vigorously "SEE WHAT YOU DID! WHAT IF SHE DOESN'T MAKE IT??" tears falling down his eyes non-stop "What will I do.. if she's.. gone..." Baekhyun slowly fell on his knees.. gripping onto Chanyeol's pants as he cried his heart out

"___.. Please don't leave me..." Baekhyun couldn't stop his tears..

Narrator's POV

Baekhyun stood outside the ward reluctant to enter just to be greeting by her sleeping lifelessly but at the same time he really needed to see her.

He reached out for the knob and slowly turn it to open the door. As expected.. the room was dead silent... Chanyeol had left.. He didn't know how to face her even though she was unconcious.

She layed there lifelessly, no sound was to be heard. The ECG monitor was beeping at a normal pace which shows that she was still alive

Baekhyun slowly took a step towards her, one by one he got closer and closer to her. His heart sank as he say the lifeless Jisun laying there not saying a word to him... 

Her voice... Her smile.. Her laugh.. He missed it all

He held her cold hands... her warmth.. he missed it...

He pulled her hand to the bridge of his nose as he sobbed

"Why did it turn out like this...? Weren't we suppose to be a happy family with our two babies?" Baekhyun recieve nothing but silence...

Soon there was a sound of the door opening and closing, two nurses entered the room with 2 baby bassinet 

"Sorry to disturb you but are you..." the nurse took a look at a paper before completing her question "Mrs. Byun's husband"

Baekhyun nodded "These are your new borned babies, they are healthy and well grown"

Baekhyun stared at the two sleeping babies in tears... Noticing Baekhyun's reaction, the nurse decided to leave him alone and left the room

Baekhyun reach out to caress the baby's soft cheeks then proceed to carry on baby in his arms...

"Weren't we suppose to be carrying our babies in each other's arms smiling to one another?" Baekhyun looked at her wi
