"We're going now" they walked away from me but just when they were about to pass by me, Baekhyun stopped. He placed a hand on my shoulder and whispered into my ears

"Even though you're my bestfriend, if you dare touch a hair on her head I swear you'll get it from me" 

He pushed my shoulder back just a bit before walking. I watched them slowly walking away with a wide grin on my face

Never in my life have I ever seen Baekhyun this protective over something, even thought we've only known each other for 4 years I think its enough for me to understand his sensitivity

Baekhyun was always the type of guy who was willing to let go of his possession because of being afraid of the consequences.. But now he was fine with 'doing it' to me just to protect a girl.

Honestly when I was small, the same age as Jisun, I too had a baby crush on her but she suddenly disappeared when I was 16 [4 years ago]

\\Flashback-13 years ago//

I knocked on the gigantic door that was 5x bigger than me, it was a door leading to a gigantic mansion that made me feel like I was an ant. Yes, the mansion belonged to her

I knocked and called out and eventually the door opened revealing a middle-aged woman, her mom

"Oh! Hello little Chanyeol, you're here to see Jisunnie?" she gave a sweet motherly smile

I nodded with a grin

"Well she's in her room sleeping, maybe you can help me wake her up" she pat my back before going to the kitchen

I ran up the flight of stairs and went to the room that was at the end to the right. I open the door to see that she was still peacefully sleeping in bed

I climbed up the giant King size bed and cross my legs next to her. I shook her shoulder "Jisunnie wake up, ahjumma is calling"

She stired up in her sleep and her child voice whined "5 more minutes"

"Palli~" I shook a bit and voice was louder than it was before

She sighed and sat up straight 

"What are you doing here?" she asked 

"I want to play!" I grinned at her widely

"Early this morning?" she asked while rubbing her half-opened eyes

"What's wrong with that?" I gave her an innocent look

She sighed again "Go away, I want to change" she walked out and into the bathroom, she had always been so grumpy when she woke up but when she was wide awake she just couldn't stop smiling

I went down the stairs slowly and carefully as the stairs were like half the height of my leg.

We were outside now playing with all the kids in the playground.

Jisunnie was afraid of heights so I pulled her up the stairs that lead to the slide

"Let go!" she struggled  as I pull her towards the slide, I lost balance and fell down hitting my head against the plastic wall. Though it was just plastic, it was painful to me as I was still 7 years old. I cried as I hugged my knees, the pain was unbearable for a small kid

"Channie... I'm sorry! I didn't mean too" she walked to my side and pat me on the back but I kept crying.

"Ya! Why are you crying? Aren't you suppose to be making other people smile?" she lectured me making me stop crying and look towards her.

She smiled and continued "Aren't you the Happy Virus of this town? If Happy Virus is no longer happy then who will..."

I sniff up the snot that was running down my nose. She gave me a wide smile as I stopped crying and return a grin and laughed.

That was when all the feelings... well not all of them but just a bit came to me

\\Flashback- 5 years ago//

We were now 15 years old, more mature, my voice gotten lower but my brain was still that of a 5 year old.

I finished class and was heading out to her classroom

I stood just outside the door waiting for the right time to strike

Just as she stepped out of the classroom

"BOO!!" I jumped at her, frightening her.

"Aahh!! DON'T HURT ME!!" She cover herself dropping everything she was hold

"hahahaha" I laughed so hard at her reaction

Just when she realise what had happen she slapped me across my shoulder

"Ya! That's mean!" she pouted

I help to pick up her things that were on the floor

"Sorry, but it just never gets old" I wipe of the drop of tear as I was laughing to hard

We walked along the hallway and when I felt a force act on my chest. It was so strong it threw me onto the ground

The next thing I knew I was lying on the ground, my eyes were closed but I felt something on my lips

I opened my eyes to see her face up close to my mind, her lips were on mine.

She immediately jumped off me "I'm sorry! Uh... Someone.. Someone pushed me just now" she avoided eye contact

This was when all my real feelings actually came to me

A year later the incident was long forgotten, but my feelings for her sayed. We were back to being bestfriends, I was back to bullying and teasing her until once.

I walked out of my house in the morning ready to walk to school with Jisun.
