Taehyung's POV

I love my only younger sister, Yewon more than anyone else in this world because she's my responsibility after our mother passed away when Yewon was only 3 years old. To me, she's also important and precious than anything in this world. I will do anything to protect Yewon from any harm.

Yewon is only 14 years old this year. Our father will always attempt to Yewon after he's drunk so she's very scared of him. So Yewon sleep in my room instead of her own so I can protect her from our father. But recently, he started getting violent when he failed in his attempt. 

~On one night~

Yewon was doing her homework in the living room while I went shower. Not long after I step into the bathroom, I heard Yewon's screams coming from the living room. 

"SAVE ME OPPA!!!!!!!!" Soon, it turned into muffled screams and cries. 

I ran out of the bathroom and saw our father pinning Yewon to the floor, trying to take off her t-shirt. I rushed forward and pushed him away from Yewon. 

"Are you okay, Yewon???" 

"OPPA, BEHIND YOU!!!" 

Our father wanted to hit my head with a beer bottle but luckily, I managed to dodge it on time. 

"We need to get away from here now!" I grabbed onto Yewon and pulled her to run with me. 

Both of us only stopped running when we reached the main street. 

"Did he fxcking slapped you just now?!" I gently touch Yewon's swollen right cheek, already burning with anger. 

Yewon nodded her head timidly. 

"WHAT THE FXCK?!! IS HE EVEN HUMAN?!!!" I punched on the lamp post next to me.  

Yewon started trembling with fear because she have never seen me this angry before.

I pulled her into my embrace and rubbed her back soothingly. "I'm sorry for scaring you, Yewon. Oppa promise you that I won't let anyone including that inhuman jerk to lay a finger upon you!"

Yewon only snuggled closer to me. 

"Wait for me here. Oppa will buy some ice cubes to apply on your cheek." I wanted to walk away but Yewon held my arm. 

"I don't want to be alone here oppa." 

"Let's go together then." 

I helped Yewon to apply the pack of ice cubes on her
