~10 years ago~

"How about we write down on the sand what we want to be when we grow up?" Little Namjoon suggested.

"That's a good idea, Namjoonie!!!" Little Taehyung replied with his trademark rectangular grin while Seokjin and Jimin started distributing tree stick to everyone.

Everyone started thinking seriously before writing down their dream job in the future on the sand with their stick.

"Why Jiyoungie? Still can't think of any job???" Little Yoongi asked Little Jiyoung who's frowning.

"I want to be a police in the future but at the same time, I want to be a teacher too. So I don't know which one should I choose." Little Jiyoung continued frowning. 

"It's actually very easy! Just choose the one you like the most!"

"Yeah, Hoseokie is right! I choose underground rapper because I think its cool and I like it." Little Jungkook's eyes turned into cute cresents within seconds. 

"Alright, done writing down kids?"  

"Yeap!!!" Everyone replied to Little Namjoon's question very enthusiastically.

"Start from me!!! I want to be a singer when I grow up!" Little Jimin raised his hand and talked about his dream in a bright manner. 

"I think I will become a lawyer like my parents since they wanted me to." Little Namjoon shrugged his shoulders while answering this question.

"I want to be a police so I can bring justice to this world!" Little Taehyung said with a lot of determination.

"I want to be a police too, Taehyungie!!" Little Jiyoung exclaimed.

"Really?! Let's work hard together to become a police when we grow up. We shall bring justice to this world together!" LittleTaehyung knocked his fist with Little Jiyoung's.

"I want to be a counsellor in the future so I can help those kids who are being abused." Little Yoongi lowered his head, looking sad.

"Don't be sad Yoongi~ As for me, I think being an underground rapper will be super cool so I will choose that. How about you, Hoseokie?" 

"As for me, I will become a teacher like my twin sister~" Little Hoseok flashed his innocent smile to everyone.

"I hope we can still stay like this even if we are busy with our own lives when we grow up." 

"Don't say this kind of silly words, Min Yoongi! We are going to be together forever and no one can ever separate us." Little Jimin placed his arm around Little Yoongi and the rest put their arms around each other too. 

"Jiminie is right. No one can try to break our friendship apart because we are one. We can't live and we are nothing without one another." Little Taehyung added on.

"So let's promise to stay by each other's side forever." 

"But Jiyoungie, how are we going to promise each other?" Little Hoseok looked at the said girl curiously. 

"I know! Let's shout our name one by one towards the sea and said all of us promise to stay by each other's side forever." Little Namjoon being the smartest among all 8 of them suggested this.

"Okay! KIM SEOKJIN." 

"PARK JIMIN."

"MIN YOONGI."

"KIM NAMJOON."

"KIM TAEHYUNG."

"IM JIYOUNG."

"JUNG HOSEOK."

"JEON JUNGKOOK PROMISE TO STAY BY EACH OTHER'S SIDE FOREVER!!!!!" 

Everyone lay down on the sand, smiling while looking up at the blue sky, closing their eyes together after making their promise.
