Dino drabble

You've always been the person with low self-esteem so when you receive an anonymous note of kindness posted on your locker, you were left in awe. It read, "You have a beautiful smile. Don't let others take it away from you," with a smiley face on the bottom left.

"They must be mistaken. This musn't be for me," you said aloud.

Suddenly a classmate of yours, Chan, popped his head out of the homeroom's window.

"Good morning," he greeted you

"Good morning, Chan," you replied

"What's that?" He asked

"Huh? Oh, this?" You took down the sticky note from your locker, "A message, I suppose,"

"From who?"

"I don't know. I don't think it's for me," you answered as you walked towards him

"It must be for you. What kind of person would make that mistake?"

"What?"

"Well if it was me, I would make sure I got the right locker,"

"But who could this be?" You held out the note to his face

"A secret admirer, maybe?"

"Chan, that's ridiculous," you blushed

"No, it's not," he argued with you

"It is so," you folded the note and inserted it in your uniform top's pocket

"You're keeping it though," he grinned

"Well the person who left it there took their time to write it. The least I could do is keep it."

Chan stayed quiet but couldn't wipe off the smile on his face.

-The following day-

You weren't expecting another note, but alas there was a bright green sticky note stuck to your locker. This time, "Have a nice day! Fighting!" was written on it with a fist bump drawing.

"How cute," you thought as you took it down

"Boo!" Chan startled you from behind, shaking your shoulders

"Chan!" You yelled

"Gotcha," he laughed, "oh, another note,"

"Yeah," you replied
