Exo OneshotsThe sudden ringing of your cellphone jolted you out of your slumber. With a groan of annoyance, you fumbled around in the dark before finally finding the light switch and turning it on.
"Hello?" You answered groggily, not even bothering to check the called ID. In all honestly, all you could even care about in that moment was the fact that it was three am in the freaking morning and you needed your sleep.
"Hey, baby." A husky voice greeted on the other end of the line and you could already imagine the smirk on his face as he spoke.
Immediately, your fatigue was washed away and replaced by happiness. "Hi." You breathed quietly, sitting upright to a more comfortable position in your bed. "Why aren't you asleep?"
"I was thinking about you." He responded, causing your heart to melt in your chest. "And I just had to see you- Look outside."
Without hesitation, you ran over to your bedroom window, peeking out from behind the curtains to see him standing by your gate. He was wrapped in his favourite leather jacket and the scarf you had given him for Christmas. You weren't sure if you were seeing things, but it looked as though he was shivering.
Your suspicions were confirmed wen you head him speaking again, "I know I'm good looking but you don't have to keep staring. It's freezing out here. Open the door, will you?"

Kris grinned when he saw you, his arms automatically spreading to engulf you in his embrace. "I've missed you baby," He mumbled.
It felt so good to be able to hug kris again; it almost seemed surreal, like a dream come through. "I've missed you too."
When Kris pulled away, he took a step back to admire how pretty you looked even though you had only gotten out of bed just minutes ago. "Is there something on my face..?" You questioned, tilting your head in confusion.
Kris only chuckled lightly, before once again pulling you closer to kiss you on the lips. "You're too beautiful." He answered sincerely, causing your cheeks to heat up and a stealthy blush to rise to your nose.
Seeing your absolutely adorable reaction, Kris couldn't help but laugh. Without warning, he then grabbed your hand and led you into your house even though he knew he wasn't allowed in there.
"Kris!" You whisper shouted, careful not to wake your sleeping parents. "I'm going to get into so much trouble if my-"
Kris turned to hush you, reassuring you with a simple "Nobody will know." And his signature wink that caused your heart to palpitate wildly.
"If I didn't know you better I'd think you were on a suicide mission," You commented when he had taken a seat on your living room couch, pulling you to sit on his lap. "If my father knows you set a foot in this house even after he forbid you from doing so, he would totally kill you for seeing me again."
Kris pouted sulkily after he had pecked you lightly on the cheeck. "I don't care." He declared like a small child, hugging you tightly and closer towards him as though claiming you as his own possesion. "Why can't I just love you?"
His question caught you off gaurd because to be honest, you had no idea. Your father had deproved of Kris being your boyfriend since the start, and when you had rebelled against him he had forbidden Kris from so much as contacting you. Of course, what he didn't know was that you and Kris loved each other too much to just end it there, and had continued meeting up whenever you could.
Suddenly, the creaking of a bed followed by the padding of footsteps could be heard coming from upstairs- The telltale sign that someone had woken up and would come down at any moment. You quickly scrambled to your feet, yanking Kris with you towards the door and heading outside.
Kris laughed softly at your flustered state, not caring in the least that if anyone were to find him here, he would be as good as dead. Instead, he reached out to your cheek lovingly. "So cute~"
You glared at Kris although you couldn't help but smile. "You have to go now," You whispered sadly.
"Can I at least have one last kiss?"
Just as your lips were about to reach him, the living room light were and you could already hear your father calling your name. you turned to kris and frowned. "Next time?"
However, Kris just shook his head furiously before leaning forward and kissing you, shocking you completely.
"H-Hey!" You exclaimed softly, earning a playful grin from Kris as he pulled away.
"See you soon baby," He cheekily bid goodbye, leaving you dumbfounded as he let himself out of the main gate.
As soon as he had left, you heard the door open behind you, and your father shouting your name in confusion. "What are you doing out here?" He demanded.
"I was just.. uh.. g-getting some fresh air.." You quickly lied, turning to face your father but looking down so he wouldn't see your flushed expression.
"Then why did I hear voices?" He continued to question you.
"I-I was singing to myself?" You responded after a moment hesitation.
