My first onkey fic!!

usually I make applied fics. But I need to refresh my brain and here it is. this story will be post in parts.

PROLOGUE

It was late at night, the moon was shining brightly above the city of Seoul. Office buildings and even shops were ready to be closed. On one of the main streets of Seoul, a dim light could be seen from a little but cozy café, just near the corner of the streets.

A young man with his working suit walked out of the café, his hand holding a bag full of trash to be thrown away. Then, he entered the café once again, cleaning and getting ready to go home.

“Thank you Kibum-sshi” An old man who is the owner of the café gave the young man a warm smile of gratitude.

“No problem at all sir. It’s my job anyway.” Kibum replied with a smile.

The old man handed him a box, inside it was muffins. Warm, chocolate muffins. Kibum could smell the wonderful sweet scent of the muffins as the box was held out to him.

“here. Take it with you. Don’t forget to eat it.” The old man grabbed Kibum’s hand and placed the box in his hands. Kibum hold the box in delight.

“thank you sir.” He bowed to the man and headed for the exit.

The cold air hit his face as soon as he was outside the café. He inhaled the cool air for a while and started walking home. Hands never leaving the warmth he felt from the small box.

A smile crept up his face, he loved working in that café. It gave him a warm feeling whenever he was there and his fatigue seemed to be gone away. He had been working in the café for almost a year now. As a matter of fact, Kibum didn’t really have to go to work. His parents could afford him anything he wants just by asking. But, Kibum had his own plans.

Sketchbook, ink, and peace. Those three things were the only things Jinki needed in his life, beside foods and of course, money. Jinki really loved painting. He was an art student and painting became his need, not only as an hobby. He loved painting so much that it could make him forget about everything else when he was doing it.

 Jinki watched the bright moonlight as it shone through his bedroom, giving it soft and dim light. He looked at the moon for quiet a bit and started to make a sketch on his sketchbook.

Jinki sat near the window, giving him more access to the view in front of him. It was indeed a very beautiful view to see. The moon was shining brightly above, surrounded by sparkling little dots, which is the stars and the dark blue sky taking place as the background.

Jinki didn’t waste another second for he immediately grabbed his sketchbook and pencil, making the moon remained the same in his book.

The room was quiet and a bit dark, except for the moonlight from the window. The only sound that could be heard was the ticking sound of Jinki’s clock and his own soft breathing. Jinki kept drawing sketches of the moon. It was obvious that he was wandering in his own mind, not paying attention to his surroundings.

Hours passed and Jinki was still making sketches of the moonlight. Eventhough the moon was disappearing slowly, indicating a new day had yet to come. The young man was still on his position, not moving an inch of his body.

Minutes later, Jinki finally moved. He put away his sketchbook while rubbing his tired eyes. The window was kept open, giving access to the cool breeze to accompany him sleep. He walked to his abandoned bed and pulled the covers on top of him, covering his  slim yet perfect body. Soon enough, soft snores could be heard from the younger man. And it was nearly 4 a.m.
