It is with great joy that I inform you of the board’s decision to sign the agreement put forth by your legal representative, Choi Donghyun. We hope that this gives you both a newfound sense of peace and security, here at JYP Entertainment.

Please be reminded that all ual activity within the dormitory, if discovered, is a punishable offense under your employee contracts – this is the same contract to which all JYPE performers living in company-sponsored residences are subject to. And while we cannot publicly support your relationship (or for any performer under contract with JYPE), the board acknowledges that separating you both would be detrimental to the well-being of GOT7. As such, we have decided to not intervene with your current living arrangements. As employees of JYP Entertainment, you may still move acquire personal residences when you feel you are financially capable of doing so. Though in accordance with company policy, you must allow three months to disclose your decision with your group members and the company.

It is ultimately our wish that you would continue to support each other and GOT7 as you have described in the investigation proceedings. I would personally like to thank you for your courage in coming forth with your testimonies. I hope to see this set precedent for future JYPE arti
