Chapter 5

Eun Mi? How cute. But wait, do I look like a dog to you?

You stared at Youngmin.

He stared at you back. “What?”

Oh yeah right, I forgot, I am a dog. Now, what am I gonna do? Oh yes.

You wagged your tail while looking at Youngmin.
“I see that you like it. I’m glad.” He smiled.

“Are you hungry? I think you are, wait here, I’ll get you something.” Youngmin stood up and walked to the kitchen.

Now what am I gonna do? Wait? No, no. Hmmm better look around the place.

You started roaming around the house. You first went out of the house and into the backyard. You saw a swimming pool and a greenhouse. You also saw a small pond near the green house which is full of Koi (Japanese fish). You entered the house again and went up the stairs.

Whew! Climbing this stairs is tiring.

At last, you were up. You first saw another living room and then 3 bedrooms. The 2 rooms were closed but the other one was open.

No, I won’t go in there.

You walked back.

But I’m a dog now… so it won’t hurt if I sneak in.

You walked to the room’s door and went in. The room was big and wall is painted baby blue.The bed was of queen size. Everything was in order.

I guess this is Youngmin’s room.

“Eun Mi!” You heard Youngmin calling you. You ran immediately out of his room. When you were already out, you saw Youngmin searching for you in the other two rooms. You hurriedly went to the living room. Youngmin spotted you.

“There you are. Your food’s ready down stairs.” Youngmin picked you up and brought you down stairs.

“I told you to stay down here and I was just surprised that you have reached up there.”

Youngmin placed you in a table in the kitchen and gave you dog food.

What is this? Is this even food?

You looked at it and smelled it.

It doesn’t even smell like food.

You just sat down and kept looking at it.

“What? You don’t like it? You’re the first dog that I know which doesn’t eat dog food.”

Youngmin looked at you.

“You really don’t want?”

Youngmin looked at you and you looked down.

“Okay then, but what will you eat?”

Kimchi would be great. Oh… I wish you could read my thoughts.

“Do you want kimchi?”

Your eyes widened and you wagged your tail happily.

“Bark! Bark!”

Did you just read my mind?

Youngmin smiled and gave you a plate of kimchi.

“Here you go.”

You wolfed down the kimchi he gave.

“So you love kimchi, neh?” Youngmin smiled.

“You remind me of my bestfriend back then. She loves kimchi too.”

You wear still eating while he was talking.

“She also loved roaming around the house and hates staying in one place.”

“I don’t know where she is now. We never met her in ten years.”

Ten years? Wow, that’s long. I have a best friend before too you know. But I kinda forgot the name. I swear I know his name.

You finished eating the kimchi and sat down.

“All done?” Youngmin asked and took your plate.

The door suddenly opened.

“Youngmin!~” A girl shouted.

“I think it’s noona.” Youngmin went to see her.

He has a sister?
