Chapter 16

-The next day-

“Annyeong Halmoni Min! I’ll be back by 3pm!” You shouted and waved.

I’ll be meeting appa! I hope he’s doing fine and I hope he won’t be shocked when he sees me. Aigooo... I miss him. You thought.

You waited for the bus and when it arrived you sat near the window.

“Appa, I’m coming home.”

After a while… you have arrived at the front of your house. You went directly to your door.

“Appa! Appa! I’m home!” You shouted but it seems that no one is home.

“He must be at work.”

You remembered that he always keeps the key under the door mat.

You took the key and opened the door.

The house was full of mess.

“Aigoo.. appa must be really busy.”

You decided to clean up the house.

After cleaning you searched for a paper and a pen.

“I should leave a note for appa. He might be shocked when he sees the house this clean.”

You started to write.

Dear appa,

        This is me, your daughter _______~ah. Don’t worry about me, I’m doing fine. I’m currently leaving at Halmoni Min’s house. I can’t tell you where and why I’m there. Trust me appa, I’ll be really fine. And about our house, I sneaked in and cleaned it since it was a mess. Don’t be shocked okay? I miss you appa! I love you!

You placed your note at the dining table.

You remembered that you have no clothes at Halmoni Min’s house so you went upstairs and took a couple of clothes and put it in a bag. You also took your phone.

Before leaving you placed back the door key under the door mat and make sure that no one saw you putting it there.

You walked to the gate and closed it.

You looked at your phone and saw that it was still 1pm.

*growl~* (stomach growl. LOL)

“I need to eat.”

You searched for a restaurant and ate.

After eating you paid the bill and went out. You were still drinking your drink.

You looked at your phone and saw that it was already 3pm.

“Omo! I need to hurry!”

You walked fast to catch the bus. You were busy hiding your phone and wallet on your bag then suddenly.

*baam!*

You bumped into someone. Your drink was spilled on your dress.

“Aigoo.” You said.

“Omo! Mianhe!” A guy said and helped you stand up.

“It’s alright, it’s my fault for not looking where I’m going.” You said while trying to clean your dress.

“Your dress is wet. Here.” The guy offered his coat to you.

You looked up to see the guy’s face. And you were surprised on what you saw.

“Youngmin?” you asked.

“Huh? Who’s Youngmin?” he was confused.

“What did you do to your hair?”

“What?”

“Isn’t your hair blonde?”

You tried to touch his hair but he grasped your hand before you could even touch it.

“I am not Youngmin and I didn’t do anything with my hair. Who are you anyway?” He asked.

You were surprised.

“You’re not Youngmin?!”

“That’s what I said.”

“Owww… mianhe.” You said while looking down.

“You should ask first before you judge.” He said and let go of your hand.

You were still looking down.

He let you wear his coat and he tried to peek to see your face and asked.

“You might get cold. By the way, who are you?”

You raised your head.

“I’m ______. Mianhe for judging you for someone I know.” You bowed.

“Yah... it’s okay now. Anyways, do I really look like him? Youngmin, right?”

You nodded.

“But your hair’s different.” You said.

“Ohh...well, my name’s Kwangmin. Nice to meet you _____~ah.”
